   Excellent quality,installs in seconds, specs say good for 2,600 copies. I usually get well over 3,000 pages. never had a problem with Brother.

   I have use my HL-2270DW printer for ALL my B&W print-offs in my home business for over seven years now, saving me a fortune on inks for its full colour counter-part. I purchase the high-yield TN450 every time. It is always lasts so long between renewals, I have a problem remembering how long it’s been! Seems expensive to buy, but I have to say, the value is definitely there.

   Well, I’ve never had a good or bad experience with a toner cartridge, and this is the same. It showed up on time and does it’s job as expected. This is a replacement and the first one lasted over a year for our home use.

    This was the first time I bought a new cartridge for this printer. The toner and drum cartridges are bought separately (unlike previous printers I’ve had, from another manufacturer) and I just ordered the toner. I had trouble before changing the toner cartridge; three dots appeared on anything I printed from the computer or copied. After a 45 minute phone experience with Brother, it turned out that there was a little speck on the drum. The technician walked me through cleaning it and said it could happen again. Also, I did not have to clean the corona wire of previous printers. Might it not be worth the extra cost to make an all in one toner and drum cartridge? Or a better mechanism that would not be so dust sensitive?
