There needs to be a clip that holds it in place once you set it in. If I hit the desk, it can come disconnected. Other than that, it is great.

The pictures does not do the product justice. The base is made from sturdy metal alloy. I thought it was plastic from the pictures. The design is clean and everything works as advertised. Very satisfied. Well worth the investment!!! The cables I purchased also were a great value and are high quality.

When I purchased it there was no option to select a color that matched my Macbook, so I took off 2 stars as it’s kind of a dark beige gray and I don’t like the clash of colors. Otherwise it works perfectly and is really the only vertical dock of any substance available.

As mentioned by other customers, the product scratches the exterior of the laptop that it is supposedly designed for. In my case, a brand new iMac Air. Feels like it isn’t a fit — should easily slide in to place but doesn’t. In the end doesn’t serve any real purpose as base is wide, takes up desk space; I don’t use product but, instead, have laptop closed on desk as I use larger screen.

This dock works well, but I don’t know if it’s really worth the money. Just a standard holder could do just as well. There are 2 drawbacks with it. First, it doesn’t plug into the sound system, so you have to plug that in separately. Secondly, there are only 2 ports, so you have to get a hub to attach to one of the ports. It looks nice though.

Connected with my Samsung Monitor. Normally works with my USB C to Display Port cable but it DOES NOT work when I connect the cable to my HENGE-DOCKS. Changed the cable to two different one. Still no display to my monitor. Very sad.

I saw too late that my M1 MacBook air would not support 2 monitors, but I got over that. I have been having trouble though. I have to be very careful in how I insert the computer in the dock. Even with care it takes a few attempts to make it seat, and then it may take a few more to actual have it come on and the monitor come up. I love the looks and the space savings. I thought it would be more reliable.

I’ve been wanting to own a Brydge MACBook Pro Fock for many months and finally made my purchase last month. The product arrived when scheduled and once I had time to zero it up it was simple and painless. The hardest part was rearranging my desk so all the wires plugged in as needed.

It looks great and built with tremendous quality but really lacks the functionality I was hoping for. You don’t gain any connection points and in reality, lose one due to the fact that you HAVE to plug your computer into an outlet in order for it to work properly. It feels more like a tool to get me to buy one of the stone docks than something to clean up my desktop and make it easier to plug into my monitors.
