Nice, well-built stand for the MacBook Air but I was disappointed it did not include additional connection ports so required the continued use of a USB hub. That was a lot of money for a pretty stand.

I bought the 2019 16″ MacBook model and at first, it worked great and it looks great. I have only had it about 6 months, and the ports are wearing out. If I bump my desk or put my drink down too hard, anything connected to either of the 2 ports cut out. I wish this was a better quality product, because I really wanted to like it.

The shortcoming of the MacBooks is that they only have 2 ports. This doc station doesn’t help in reducing clutter from the desktop since I still need to add a port expansion. Many would happily pay the extra $$ if this had at least 2 HDMI and 2 USB 3.0 ports built into it. Missed opportunity

Easy set up, great concept needs more USB C / Thunderbolt ports. Basically after connecting your power cable you’re left with one port? Who ever thought that was a good idea?

The hardware is great and sturdy however my macbook pro keeps going to sleep after being connected for about 20-30 seconds. It repeats this for several iterations before it decides to stay on through the dock. Love the idea – Just would like for it work as advertised. Please help if possible. Thanks!

Great looking design. However, the springs in the cradle don’t fully compress when my 15″ MacBook Pro is in place, so this makes it prone to disconnecting with any vibration on my desk.

Dock works perfectly. I love the added desk space I have with it being vertical. I had a previous thunderbolt 3 dock I connect to the Brydge which really makes it a perfect combo. In the middle of the day, I can easily pull my laptop out, work from the couch, then go right back for more productive hours.

The dock keeps consistent connection, but a small bump on the table where the dock sits pops out the connection. It happened to me a few times, especially when I’m using to our work VPN through wired connection to my home router. Maybe the fit of the dock and Macbook should be a little snug so it prevents shaking thus getting disconnected when it gets bumped. That’s why I am giving it 3 stars.

It appears substantial and well made. I only used it briefly. I replace my macbooks after a couple years or so I keep them pristine. This thing will damage the area around the ports somewhat, that’s inevitable. I also have serious doubts about its longevity given the force that is needed to connect.
