Previously bought “The Stone Pro” and happy with it, so decided to give this product a go. – Macbook will not fit in dock if fitted with any kind of sleeve, so the protective cover will have to come off the computer every time I get to my office. – Too sensitive to movement. Any bump to my desk, will make the computer disconnect from the dock and everything that is connected to it. This is getting replaced as soon as possible!

I’ve had my MBP dock for a couple months now and the laptop frequently pops out of the dock (just a bit, but enough to terminate the HDMI connection to external monitor). I purchased this dock because I had a good experience on a previous model back when it was branded as “Henge Docks”. However, while this newer model’s construction feels solid, the mechanism for keeping the laptop snug inside the dock feels really janky and disconnects at least a few times a day. Next time around I would skip this overcomplicated design and go for a dock with fewer moving parts.

I love the look of this dock. However, even a slight bump of my desk will disconnect the laptop. This wouldn’t be a huge problem on its own, but roughly one out of every five times this happens, it triggers an MCA error and a shutdown. Hope you saved. Pretty disappointing for such an expensive dock.

Initially, did not work well with my Apple 27 inch Thunderbold Display, but once I replaced with an LG monitor it works great with no issues. Great space saver on my desk . The material is also very good quality and well built. Brydge should consider adding additional USB-C ports or an HDMI port in future model. Overall, very satisfied.

Had to send back the first dock. I had to get the dock that didn’t have the bar at the top of my MacBook Pro. This wasn’t in the ad that I saw. Once I received the right one it is a dream! I’m now working on a 27 inch monitor instead of a 13 inch.

This is much better than the previous dock which was made by Henge, I believe. That dock would scratch the thunderbolt ports and eventually, mine got stuck and broke. This one is better made, sturdier, doesn’t scratch ports because of the way the laptop is inserted.

I have a vertical dock (older, white plastic for my old 15″MacBook pro. Dame with clear directions and cases. Playing phone tag with the support team with whom I pleaded to call me and walk me through this installation. New dock came with no user guide or cables. I want to love my new dock as much as I did my old one, but I need some help. That seems to be where the breakdown is. I’m guessing the product is good, but I don’t know! Help, please!

Nice in concept, but has some issues. The laptop is barely heavy enough to compress the spring mechanism, so one side never sits completely flush. I think this causes intermittent connection issues because it only works about half the time. I usually have to plug/unplug it multiple times before my monitor and accessories will register.

This is truly a space saver and worked as promised. I looked at the reviews and I did not see some of the problems other individuals had. In my box came two silicon protectors that protected the 4 usb-c ports and it took a little effort aligning but you really need them using the dock. This is a great product.
