Poor design. It takes up 2 USB C ports and only has 2 USB C ports on the base. You lose 1 to the AC. So, you have to buy a dongle to get HDMI, additional USB, CAT 5. Definitely not worth the money.

I have followed the instructions and the USB C ports do not line up to my MacBook Pro

I have both the Brydge 13″ Macbook Vertical Dock & the Stone. With the two of these combined I have brought my computer footprint to 8″x6″. I have used the Stone to port out to my monitor, hardwired internet, and external hard drives. while my Vertical dock keeps the Macbook charged, and operational. This is a fantastic setup especially for a home office or even a small office space at the home office. The system is sleek, efficient, and sexy. I highly recommend them separately but they are even better together.

I like having the inner sleeve. Sliding it in feels secure and I feel it click in. It is very well made and is sturdy on my desk. I like that the smaller footprint allows for a cleaner look and more workspace on my desk. Overall very satisfied.

There isn’t much to review here as there aren’t many features with the dock. My one problem, will cover later, is also subjective so it might not be a problem for all. Build quality: The build quality is great. I like that it is constructed of metal in all the places it can be. The cushioning system to ease laptop insertion is a really nice touch. The platform is stable. Not likely to fall over without it being it. The color is a nice contrast with the darker laptop. Ports: This is the only place where I have a problem. The dock has two. One for power and the other for what you want. I would like there to be 3 (or 2 and 1 ethernet). I use the one for power supplied by a port expansion and the second for usb-c to display port. The third would be use for the ethernet adapter that I don’t want to run through the expansion. Since I do have access to the ports on top of the laptop, I am able to use them but the look is pretty horrible seeing a dongle sticking out the top. Yes, I know you can get an expansion unit, I have one, but for the ethernet, I didn’t want anything between the laptop and the Gigabit dongle. Overall, I really like it. I do not regret the purchase and I expect that I will get the Brydge Stone pro at some point assuming that the ethernet port is gigabit.

I’d been looking forward to getting this vertical doc for my new MacBook Pro. It won’t work with my machine. Apple eliminated advanced setting in Bluetooth that allows the computer to be awakened by Bluetooth devices. This came as quite a surprise to Apple support. Now, I have to return the dock. It’s not for you, or me, until Apple or Brydge resolve the issue.

Extremely pricey when I was told I. Red to add a stone or stone pro just to run two monitors. Very disappointed as the design is incredible.

Fantastic quality item. Removes the clutter from my desk and looks amazing.

Device probably fine but didn’t fit my 2021 16″ MacBook Pro.

Like the dock for storing and charging my MacBook Pro but, I wish there was some visual way of knowing if my laptop is charging or not. I light or a tone or both would be appreciated.

It’s a very nice and well designed docking station. Easy assembly with only one screw. I bought it knowing it’s capabilities but have a few suggestions. 1. It would be nice if it powered the laptop. 2. Add additional ports it eats 2 and has an output of 2.

Works as expected by providing a stylish vertical solution for docking 2019 Apple MacBook Pro 16. Easy dock with a grab and go design that makes it very easy to transition from desktop to mobile. The two USB-C ports provided are only extensions of the two USB-Cs on the MacBook so no problems after upgrading to Monterey Mac OS. Highly recommend.

Above & Beyond best describes the experience I have enjoyed with all aspects of my purchase and use of this product. Very well designed, fully functional and aesthetically compliments my office very nicely. A great value!

This is the first dock I have ever purchased because I recently started working from home and my little 13″ screen was not cutting it. I did not like the idea of having my Macbook laying flat with 99 cords coming out of it, so when I saw this vertical option I was intrigued. I have had 0 problems, and it is so easy to just pop in and out when I need to work on my larger screen etc. i would 100% recommend this for anyone looking for a dock that will keep your desk space clean.

Saves space on my desk and keeps my laptop cool. I like the new design which allows me to easily unplug the cables from the dock and take them with me. Materials and design are great.

Absolutely beautiful design. My desk has never looked so organized. Only negative complaint is the requirement for power at all times.

Works well, but there is no clear marking on which way the laptop goes in (since the laptop has two ports on each side, you need to look for the small indents for the feet). Also, be aware it is extremely heavy – but that probably keeps it from toppling over!

When I slide computer into the dock, sometimes computer does not come up on screen, so have to keep taking it out and putting it back until it works. Would be nice if there was a power button too, if you didn’t want to physically pick it up and put it back in every time.

This dock saves space and looks cool. Very well built, solid and holds the laptop firmly. Awesome purchase

I assembled the docketing station correctly, but when I sit the laptop in the docketing, I can hear it connect my additional monitor is blank. The cable I am using is USB Type-C to 4K HDMI. Is that the problem? That is why I rated the purchase low since I have not been able to utilize the docketing station since it has arrived fully.
