There needs to be a clip that holds it in place once you set it in. If I hit the desk, it can come disconnected. Other than that, it is great.
Crystel Breitenberg (verified owner) –
It has a sturdy construction and is priced better than some less desirable alternatives.

As a longtime Hengedock user I welcome this next iteration of the vertical dock. It looks great on my desk, the added weight makes removing the laptop easier, and placing the laptop into the device is a much smoother operation. My only negative remark would be that the set up instructions weren’t clear that one needs to plug the USB-C charger into the dock in order to use it. Cleared that up after a couple of emails back and forth with tech support (to whom I give 5 stars for promptness and a great customer experience).

I like the bridge and it keeps my desk tidier for sure. Although sometimes my laptop won’t ‘wake up’ and I have to take it out and use it for a short while and then put it back in for the screens to wake. I’m running 2 LG monitors from a 2019 MacBook Pro

Horrible-it fit into the sleeve but the connections for monitors or other cables is poorly designed!

Love it. Using it with my M1 MBA and Caldigit USB-C dock and there are no issues what so ever. The port protector is a nice touch!

This is just the product that I expected and it works well for me.

My 2017 MBP has difficulty and gets lodged sometimes. Also the cradle mechanism the drops the laptop onto the usbc ports makes a grinding sound.

The vertical dock is FANTASTIC!!! Very easy to set up. It is very effective and really is a space saver! Also very snazzy looking.
Dejuan Beer (verified owner) –
Well built and handy.. but no speaker port? I need a speaker port on my dock!
Christian Leannon (verified owner) –
I like this dock. It’s space saving and stylish. However, my only issue is that when the laptop is asleep and in the dock, the computer doesn’t wake easily. The only way to wake up the machine is to unplug it from its power source and then plug it in again. That’s a little cumbersome. Beyond that, it’s a very good accessory.

Great fit, design and packaging. Initially didn’t work when plugged in my Mac and monitor. Support team resolved issue. It was a common issue apparently. These types of things should included in the instructions or at least on the website.

Looks great but mbpro wobbles around a lot. Not a very sturdy setup. Build quality is ok. Good metal frame but the MacBook enclosure seems made of cheap plastic Wouldn’t buy it again for that price…

Perfect laptop to desktop solution. Love this dock!

Works great, just make sure to run the latest MacOS updates. Paired it with the TB4, plenty of expansion room for accessories.

Strealined look and easy pass through connections. This is a great and esthetic device for MacBook. Connect a usb-c hub for added peripherals and this is a one stop dock. Definitely recommend.

I love the dock! It looks great and helps me organize my desk! The only thing is that the springs in it seem a bit strong and slight bump in the table sometimes causes for my MacBook to lift up and disconnect. But besides that it’s a really good product.
Ryder O’Kon (verified owner) –
It overheated my lap top which created a yellow streak on the monitor and had to return it for a refund

Decent product; works as advertised But showed up WAY later than expected and frustration had already driven me to order different laptop. Was too late to cancel order, so here I am. These take far, far too long to come out after Apple releases new designs.

Seems well made but the MacBook Pro doesn’t seat properly every time. Sometimes it works but more often I have to try it a few times.
