This is exactly what is needed for a Chromebook users desk set up. Just wish it was also available with a UK layout.

The keyboard has a clean finish and works well. The size seemed a bit too small at first but I got used to it real quick. The small size also makes it very portable which is a plus.

I think it’s about time I write a review after using this keyboard. I got this keyboard a year or so ago and have loved every second of it. It has a nice quick and short keystroke, excellent connectivity to my Chromebook and insane battery life. I’ve only had to charge it maybe 2 times in the whole year of on and off use? The only downside is that this keyboard is specific to chromeOS, so you can use it for windows, but you’ll find it can be a little confusing due to the keys essentially being remaped. For example the search button is where the caps lock is, but will act like the “windows key”. This will get you confused if you try to use this keyboard for a different OS, so it should stick with just chromeOS systems. However, if your a chromeOS user this keyboard will support you well!

The keyboard is great with one exception. If it sits for too long it goes to sleep, and then takes way too long to wake up from sleep. This is an anoying occurrence many times throughout the day. Makes this keyboard just about unusable. I won’t be using it much longer. I have already ordered a replacement. Waste of good money here.

Bought C-Type Keyboard here for my Chromebook. All is fine. Delivered in time. Support guys have advised me in all my questions. So, no worries, it is a good company 🙂

The look and feel of this keyboard are great. However, the time-out “feature” drives me nuts. I wish I could increase the time before it goes to sleep or turn it off altogether. This “feature” would be less annoying if the keyboard did not take so long to come alive and re-connect to my Chromebook, but it can take 15-20 seconds. It drives me batty and I may throw it away because of this stupid feature.

I really want to love this keyboard and I’ve purchased it twice but it’s because it’s specific for ChromeOS which is my #1 criteria. The biggest issue is the 15 minute idle time. I run into it disconnecting at least 2-3 times a day during presentations. It takes a good 4 seconds for it to reconnect and it’s super frustrating and awkward. I also find myself making more typos on this keyboard. It might be due to my hands and/or the lack of elevation it provides (lays totally flat).
