Good product…. I wish you could fold it backwards.

Great service from the start. The keyboard is as advertised.

I ended up sending it back after my best attempt to work with it. Some things that were clear enough before purchasing: the microphone key at the bottom left is for Siri but not for dictating; I wish it served both purposes. Obviously it does not hold the Apple Pencil in place any better than the magnet on the unit; I would love future versions to offer more support around the pencil. Trackpad works fine, but future versions can do more special gestures. Magnetic cover of the top comes off too easily.

Not only a great product, but probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Not happy at all the first generation 1 I had is still working great. This latest one with the trackpad has not lasted 2 weeks! I keep the iPad in it all the time and still the clamp broke off

Very poor. Battery glitch that will not go above 85%. Pointer that I have no control most times. The iPad keyboards keeps popping up. Scrolling with the trackpad keeps getting stuck. I waited a long time for this. Never again will I shop pre-order and for a Brydge product. The excitement and anticipation died when I was told it was delayed further and suck any out that remained when this keyboard shows up flawed.

It is a really well made keyboard and I enjoy the trackpad thoroughly. However, it does have one pretty big flaw. It is extremely difficult for my iPad to snap into place. The rubber grips constantly slip off the keyboard and will not allow my iPad to lock in. I have been using it as a Bluetooth keyboard but I purchased it to turn my iPad into like a mini MacBook. Not sure what the solution is here but it is frustrating. I love the keyboard so much but this flaw in the design makes it almost useless.

The magnetic case back doesn’t stay on well, random keys on the keyboard stop working, and it deletes words as I type. But it connects easily and stays charged.

This is a gift for my daughter and the second Brydge keyboard I have given her. She loves it and is very pleased. Great product!

Revived my pro+ keyboard a month ago, at first was very disappointed because the track pack was so poor. But over the last couple updates as really improved tremendously and is almost seamless. Typing feels great, although bounce in the trackpad when pressing down is a little loud. Also my app expose and dock short cuts are still not working with the latest updates. The magnetic cover is great for aesthetics but really doesn’t do much and can fall off with minimal effort, yet the more protector cover options are too bulky for my liking. Would be great if they released another cover to fit with the keyboard that is more productive and less bulky. Overall, loving the keyboard and really appreciate the updates that go into it frequently. Unique product and although expensive, worth the money!

Love the keyboard. Feel, construction, looks, convenience, this keyboard has it all. The only thing missing for me was the ability to disable the trackpad. Hoping this becomes available in an update. If it does I would give this five bright stars.

So this has a stick-on back cover and a kluge for a iPad attachment, no holster for the pencil (…neither does Apple, shame on both companies!) Yeah you can save money with Brydge trackpad but…

This is my 4th Brydge Keyboard. 3 iPads and a Surface. For me, the repeat purchases tell one that this is a great purchase for effective usage and to protect your devices.

I got the last Brydge for iPad Pro without the trackpad. I love it. The only downside has been that it does add a little extra weight but it is well worth the extra weight when you consider I never carry my MacBook Air with me or even use it. I have already preordered the new Brydge Pro + which will make my iPad Pro more like having a MacBook with a touch screen.

Very nice design, a great addition to my iPad pro. Love it.

It has all of the quality that I have come to expect from Brydge keyboards. The track pad was easier to set up than I thought. I will continue to use and recommend Brydge Products. It was worth the backorder wait.

Overall the Brydge works well and seems sturdy. The keys are easy to type on and function as expected. I upgraded from a ClamCase to this. The main feature the ClamCase that I preferred was the ability to fold the keyboard under and use it as a display or tablet mode. I wish my Brydge did that but hinge only goes to 180 degrees. The flipside is that the Brydge seems very sturdy. My only other concern is that with my new iPad Pro 2020 when I start up the device I have trouble swiping from bottom to access the dock and recent apps.

Hoping for firmware/software updates (soon). As of now, to use Brydge Pro+ effectively, I need need to augment with a Logitech bluetooth mouse. No contest compared against the Magic Keyboard. Would not recommend buying until improvements are made.

My 2nd Brydge iPad keyboard-well built, easy to attach/detach, and great for typing!

The Brydge folio works surprisingly well (with just 2 corner clips) to hold the iPad onto the keypad. However the magnetic protector panel for the back of the iPad is useless. It knocks off easily. I would prefer a backing that actually creates a protective shell for the iPad (like a Zagg folio I had for an older iPad) Otherwise the keypad itself and the functions are excellent. It’s helpful to use the iPad Pro Assistive Touch function to create an on-screen app-switching button. Otherwise, it’s difficult to slide the bottom located slider which sits right against the keypad.
