When using the mouse feature to position over numbers upon initial Password login sometimes this mode adds numbers and therefore the login code is wrong and rejected making login more than easy. During reading in Kindle when a word is clicked on it used to correctly pull up the dictionary now it just turns the page. Also the cover for the back of the iPad could have a stronger magnet since it comes away very easily and is more of an inconvenience than asset. Most of the time I just leave it off. Perhaps it was just meant for extra protection while being stored during travel.

An amazing keyboard and trackpad. Good value compared to the apple magic keyboard. Does exactly as advertised. It really has made a big impact on my personal work flow.

I have a hard time typing because I keep hitting the. trackpad and the cursor jumps to another position in the document.

I love my Brydge Pro for my iPad Pro 12.9. It makes my iPad look like a mac book! The design is so well fitting. The hinges are better than the previous Brydge keyboard and I don’t feel like it’s going to fall apart. And I’m more in love with the track pad than any other feature. Once software updates are made I’m sure the functionality will be seen less but there is some lag at times. The cursor is adjustable and the with the help of YouTube I found more features than I even knew were possible. When it comes to travel I can take it everywhere. I made a great decision when it came to this purchase. I will not regret it!

The hinges still don’t hug the ipad securely which upon install tends to twist and bend and never really seats into the groove correctly without trying a few times. Though the trackpad does work it still has a long way to go with precision and apps supporting it. FYI, I did update the firmware and tried to see if that would make a difference but it didn’t other then adding the features mentioned but really buggy. With the previous gen Brydge I combined their keyboard with logitechs mx mouse which worked flawlessly but my ipad constantly slips out of its rubber cushions when in my bag. I was hoping the problem would of been fixed with their recent update but its the same problem persist. Also after speaking to support about why the trackpad didn’t work with TradingView’s axis view scaling they said it must be the app and that it possibly didn’t support the feature mentioned but on my previous gen using my logitech mouse it works flawlessly. Also I had an idea about the rubber cushions, I think if they designed the cushion that pops out the bottom end when the ipad is open to be more of a tab they push through to be more of a tab that expands to become larger then the hole it would possibly keep the ipad seated better. From my observation when it slides outwords from the metal hinge it started to loosen its hole on the ipad and it falls out of place. The pros about the manufacturer is that not other product I have seen comes close to their full featured keyboard minus numerics keys, the degree of view, the battery lifespan without draining your keyboard like the Magic Keyboard sold by apple and still a must have addition for any professional or student looking to push the limits of their ipad. But the constant fiddling with the cushion and the way it seats the ipad and not having the precision I need to work was just too frustrating for me to keep since I wouldn’t get the usage I had hoped for. I’ll always be watching for their next innovative product but for now I have to sit this one out.

Love the quality of Brydge products and the Brydge Pro+ keyboard is Awesome… Now would also be a great time to start manufacturing the separate Brydge trackpad to go with my Brydge Pro Keyboard!

I love the way the case fells. It truly turns your IPad into a mini Mac.

This keyboard does not work with my 2018 iPad Pro. Spent hours trying to set up the accessibility settings needed for the trackpad to function. Finally gave up and returned the product. Insult to injury this company will not give ma a refund.

Unable to use my Brydge Pro + without the correct 2020 11in iPad Pro back protective cover. I did receive an email back after contacting support regarding the request for an updated cover but they were not able to give an estimate of when they would return to stock. Also do not like that the scroll functionality is only gesture based(two fingers). Even customizing the Click and Drag function does now work in Chrome or Safari on webpages. You have to use the directional keys to scroll or fast with spacebar but it feels so unnatural compared to a traditional mouse with scroll wheel, which I would rather use over the track pad included with this keyboard. The keys feel like they are slightly loose and some of the top hot keys like browser short cuts aren’t even configured using Brydge’s proprietary software update app. Probably the only thing good about it is it’s typing functionality overall if you needed to create long text strings. I don’t use it as often as I thought I would just because everyday iOS typing/app usage of the on screen keyboard is pretty snappy and sufficient/accurate especially with the new A13Z bionic chipset. The improved 240hz screen touch response is noticeably better than previous iPad models. However if what you do with an iPad requires a lot of typing then I would recommend this keyboard over the magic keyboard for its far better range of viewing. Battery life is excellent and the adjustable backlit keyboard is nice for low light conditions. I would recommend the combination of this and a usb C mouse to give you the full “laptop” convertible experience.

I bought this case in March right after purchasing the 11 inch IPad Pro. The first keyboard didn’t work and I was able to return it for a new one. Support was very helpful although I had to jump through some hoops. I was worried about how little protection the case offers but the keyboard works great, connectivity is almost immediate after sleep mode, the battery life is really good and it charges with the iPad cable which is very convenient. This morning I dropped it when is was closed for the first time and the screen is completely cracked. The lack of protection is a huge flaw in an otherwise great product. I would not buy this again. There are much cheaper options that have more protection.

Great product! It needs a backlight on the keyboard as well as the ability to change the mouse pointer style

So far ok, slight lag with track pad accompanied with hard tap but very convenient all the same

Excellent keyboard! Does everything I wanted. A bit heavy but lots of functionality. “Magnetic” back isn’t that “magnetic”. Slips off easily. Nonetheless, I recommend this product enthusiastically.

I am really enjoying the keyboard. The construction and the quality are really great.

Pretty great keyboard. The only problem really is the plate that magnetically attaches to the back of the iPad falls off constantly. The magnets on it are too weak.

When I first received the Brydge Pro + I wanted to send it back. I was very disappointed in its function. The look was fabulous. It just didn’t work well. Something out of the box should already work well. However, what kept me to keep it was something that you told all of us that had pre purchased one. It will get better with age and time. With the two recent upgrades you just recently sent you have begun to keep that promise. It has a ways to go but you have kept your word and so I am excited again to see what this device can really do. I will be willing to up my rating to 5 stars when I see that this device is fully capable of competing with Apple’s newest trackpad, and I know it will be sooner than later. You are on the right track!

Torn between an iPad or a lap-top? Have both with Brydge’s keyboard/iPad cover! I bought one, minus the track pad, only to find out a few days later this newer version was coming soon, so I returned my purchase and pre-ordered their new keyboard, and while I had to wait almost two months for delivery due to shipping delays and the a firmware update; it was SO worth it. There are a few intricacies to get used to using an iPad as a laptop, but I have the best of both worlds now and couldn’t be happier! Now my wife wants one too!

Scrolling is also unnatural, and gestures are not working properly. I am regretting after purchasing. Buy carefully…..

Keystroke delays when typing or keys just not being functional even when the system is fully charged. Magnetic back doesn’t stay on or in place.
