Heavier than expected. Holds the iPad Pro too tight and the arms are hard to fold down even when iPad isn’t inserted. Returning for refund.

Replaced my Windows laptop with the 12.9 iPad Pro and Brydge keyboard/mouse combo. Also using the Logitech Pebble for distance. Awesome addition to the family. thx!

The after sales support is robust and responsive after 1 of the 2 keyboards I brought had a defect. The support officer Sara was quick to respond and provided a positive outcome for the issue. I will certainly continue to buy Brydge products.

Hello, The rubber parts holding the iPad have already broken. Are you able to send me new ones? The metal is scratching the iPad glass.
Chester Grant (verified owner) –
It has been very easy to manage the key board, and it very steady and high quality product.

Excellent product. I always get a Bridge Keyboard for all my Apple products.

Easier to type using the keyboard. The trackpad doesn’t work very well. Thanks, Bw

Honestly, it’s great when it works. The connection sucks. I used about 30 bluetooth devices, and this loses connection FAST. I have to re-pair 10 times a day. Pretty sure it’s NOT supposed to work like that…

Works very well and seems very well made. My only complaint, and the only thing that kept me from giving five stars, is that my Ipad works its way out of the bracket/clips. I’ve never had it come completely out, I check it and push it back in periodically

This is the best keyboard company hands down. I am a frequent flier, loyal to this company because of their superb products. I recently bought another keyboard, this time for the IPAD 12.9 with a track-pad. This is an excellent performer. And even just as important, any questions that I have had, have been addressed with high professionalism and knowledge. Love, love, love this company’s products. Keep up the good work, guys.

Great product that is well supported by the manufacturer, and getting better all the time.

Looks good with my iPad Pro. Fits well in the hinges. The magnetic cover for the back of the iPad seems to be a bit loose – the magnets aren’t very strong and it easily slips or falls off. The worst part is that it’s a Bluetooth connection; doesn’t use the built-in contacts on the back of the iPad – so scrolling is jerky and it’s not as easy to use the trackpad on this keyboard as it is to use the trackpad on the branded keyboard. If I had to make the choice again I would choose to keep looking for a better product; but this one does what I need to do, even if it isn’t as elegant as I’d like it to be.

The keyboard felt good, it typed well, but the mouse was buggy and really sensitive. Since my hands cover the mouse, more often than not, the cursor would jump to another place or a link would get clicked un-intendidly. After asking if a setting could be changed, they said it couldn’t.

I’m sure the keyboard and trackpad will be great but I would really like for Brydge to find a more permanent way to attach the apple pencil which I use a lot with the 12.9 inch iPad

Best keyboard/trackpad combo for iPad Pro BY FAR. Apple’s Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro pales in comparison. It’s a toy compared to the Brydge Pro+ I was on the phone with an Apple tech specialist (who was amazing like usual) the other day on a question regarding my iPad Pro, and told him how Brydge had managed to “out-Appled” Apple with the release of the Brydge Pro+. The only way Apple can possibly respond to Brydge’s exceptional design, manufacturing and marketing is to buy Brydge and retain all of their management and employees. They’re literally that good. Thank you Brydge, you’ve taken my iPad from a use-it-once-every-other-day OK device to a must-have use-it-all-day necessity. They should call this new combo the MacBook Pro+. FYI, my desktop is a new iMac 27″, and I’m hardly using that right now. Run, don’t walk, to pick up one of these revolutionary devices

I bought the keyboard a year or so ago and it worked fine. I love it. It a computer on the go. I called the combination a MacPad. However, until recently, I noticed that the battery kept draining, won’t hold. As such I am back using Apple Keyboard (Yuk). I have preordered the new keyboard and am going to call it MacPadPro. If it works, I think this keyboard beats all others.

Great, easy to use product. Won’t use anything else!

Apple’s Magic Keyboard with Trackpad does the job better, smoother, and has higher quality. The inconvenience of having to charge the Brydge Pro + was just more of a hassle than is neccessary, when technology like what is used in Apple’s case exists. Not to mention the fact that Apple’s keyboard works with the software more smoothly, where the Brydge version is somewhat clunky and awkward.

Very well made keyboard. Easy to connect. Familiar form factor better than Apple Magic keyboard.

Great invention works as it should. Turned my iPad into a mini laptop
