1- love the fit and finish 2- love the illumination and escape 3- dislike that there is no dedicated dictation key 4- Magnetic back cover is a joke (I bought a iPad clear skin and install that.) 5- Heavy! 6- love all the angles at which I can view screen 7- great key feel 8- would’ve loved if the keyboard could go all the way flat back against the outside of the screen – thus assuming a tablet form (although much heavier) 9- reaction of cursor movement is at times “Herky jerky” 10- color is great and I am hopeful that updates will cure jerky scrolling/movement to 11- I wish I could “assign” a key to launch dictation

Nice product. Great build quality. Just wish the trackpad wasn’t so sporadic and lacking a few features.

Play works great and it’s about $150 cheaper than the Apple one and has many many more features definitely would recommend it

I was putting the iPad into the hinges and the rubber shim bagan to peel off the hinge and fall apart. Poor quality. Sent it back fir a refund

I have the earlier model without the touchpad and I absolutely love it. It feels exactly like I’m working on a 13″ MacBook. I will be gifting my earlier version to my sister and will be getting the newer one. That is how much I enjoy this keyboard. I highly recommend getting one of these for your IPad Pro!

I have been using this for a while and it seems to be very useful for my daily work.

For something that costs this much, I was disappointed in the back piece falling off almost every time I tried to put it onto the back of the iPad. However, this is one of the only issues and the keyboard is great.
Krista King (verified owner) –
I love the keyboard! Not particularly fond of the magnetic back for the iPad. It’s not secure and loose.
Stephan Purdy (verified owner) –
I love the keyboard overall. The keys feel great, I love the top row of keys, and the keyboard as a whole feels premium and sturdy. The trackpad is pretty good, just wished it had all the Magic Trackpad features/gestures. But, I understand that this may be an issue that Apple is making difficult for Brydge.

Fast to set up, easy to use. Keyboard a successful substitute for the original iPad design. Virtually trouble-free transition for this long-time iPad user of writing capabilities and frequent simple text documents in Pages. A successful upgrade. I won’t enjoy traveling with the extra weight, however.

I love Brydge keyboard cases, I really do. I still have one on my old iPad. So when I got a new iPad Air I immediately ordered one for it. Unfortunately the magnetic backing for this case doesn’t work with the new iPad Airs (v4). I need to protect the entire iPad, so I had to return it. Hopefully they fix that issue soon.

I would like the keyboard microphone to work for dictating messages and texts etc. it’s kind of heavy…

Great keyboard Magnetic back does not stay well Expensive, but cheaper than Apple’s Magic Keyboard

I love it. It works great. Only downside is that it is heavy, but worth it for the functionality. Allows my iPad to function like a mini laptop.

The keyboard is great. Design, construction and features are excellent. Comparing it with the Apple alternative, however, is a mixed bag. Brydge wins in backlighting and clam shell design. BUT you cannot just pick up the iPad and go (as int he Apple one): removing it from the keyboard is harder. Also, power management and trackpad integration are better in the Apple device. You need to ask yourself: Will the iPad sit on the keyboard close to full time (Brydge) or not (Apple)? All in all, Brydge is great if you plan to use your iPad +90% of the time as a laptop. It may just be the case that I am not the right target user, I use the two modes (tethered and on its own) about 50/50.

This is my 3rd Brydge keyboard and the best. I love the trackpad and it works flawlessly. The keys are responsive and do not slow down my typing speed. It holds a charge for quite a while and travels well. I highly recommend Brydge!

I’ve used the Brydge Pro+ for about a week and a half now and I really like it. It feels good to type on, doesn’t have any noticable lag, and the trackpad works surprisingly well. I also want to give a shout out to the Brydge customer service–my first Pro+ was defective (bad battery) and I left a frustrated review with pictures. A replacement was sent out immediately, with no questions asked, and has worked perfectly since. Thanks for the quick help!

Overall I am very pleased with my Brydge Pro+. It does what I want and works for me. Setup was pretty straight forward. The quality is good. I would say the keyboard may be small for someone with large hands. Bluetooth connectivity works well after connectivity is established. While it is listed on the Bluetooth menu after initial connection a new instance always appears when restarting and is the one I have to connect to. I then disable the old item. Annoying and prevented me from giving this device a 5-star rating. The other thing I don’t particularly care for is the sound of the keyboard. It could be quieter. My iPad Pro fit nicely in the base and is secure. The hinge works fairly well. I can extend it to the point where it will not stay in position, but it is a position that I don’t think anyone would use. Finally the protective magnetic cover. The magnet is too weak to keep it in place. It shifts or comes off completely when I open the case, unless I am very careful. More a nuisance for me. When I have traveled with it in a bag, it didn’t come loose, but when I open the case it frequently slips and sometimes actually pops off.

I like the feel of the keyboard. Feels like quality. with the weight of the 12.9 iPad Pro and the keyboard, it is a bit heavy but I don’t mind. I am pleased with the purchase.

nice features and functions. Keyboard does not charge properly though and tech support slow to respond
