Hello. I purchased your company’s product in Korea and received it yesterday. The product name is the trackpad keyboard for the third generation of iPad Pro. But the quality of the product is pretty low. No, it’s not that the quality of the product is low, but it’s almost a fraud. The delivery was not delayed due to Corona 19, but I thought it was still a test product. The finish of the product is significantly low, and the trackpad is almost inoperable. As the company probably knows, the trackpad is very poor compared to the first commercial, and it is significantly lower than Apple’s official trackpad, so it is almost unusable. It’s not enough to sell these products, so I think it’s very stupid that I bought them. Is there any room for improvement in the future through the future? And if you’re going to use a keyboard like this, I’d like to sell it secondhand. Of course, I don’t think it’ll sell even if it’s used. If you are curious, please check out the review or review of the company’s products on YouTube.

I like it, but the keyboard feels hollow in the middle. Like there’s extra resonance or something. The previous Brydge keyboard for iPad Pro did not do that. The previous once without the Track pad certainly felt more solid when typing.

The new Brydge keyboard with the touch pad is amazing. My only issue with it is that I seem to tap it occasionally (unintentionally of course) when I am typing and things start happening that I didn’t intend. Maybe it will take time to get used to it so that doesn’t happen. Otherwise, it is a great keyboard, and I have used Brydge before and bought keyboards for other members of my family and they all enjoy having them to use. With the track pad, I think it will make me work faster — which is going to save me time and get me finished sooner.

I stuck it in the holder and the rubber grips on the hinges tore right away. Other than that, the quality and function is good. I wish theyd make it so the tablet sits in an entire enclosure instead of just hinges. They keyboard functions well and looks great.

solid build, would love to use it with a protective case tho

Great Product! Well made. Easy to use. I am really enjoying it

Had high hopes for this product… Some pro’s over Apple branded keyboard. (Yes, I have both). But overall, the trackpad is EXTREMELY glitchy. Need to add 3-finger swipe like on Apple keyboard. Also, not a big fan of how it attaches. Apple magnetic attachment is WAY better… A nice idea, but needs a lot of work.

It is a great addition to my IPad Pro. The setup was super simple. It is solidly made, but it is much heavier than my previous keyboard, but it is worth it. It has basically turned my IPad Pro into a laptop.

EXCELLENT product. Haven’t stopped using it ever since I got it. As a student it has made writing essays and emails and text and notes my iPad so much more easier to type than before. Being able to have it stand up on its own because of the keyboard instead of propping it up on something is so unbelievably convenient. If you’re in the market for a keyboard and came across this one, stop your researching, You’ve found the keyboard for your iPad.

I am pleased with the product overall. It is an well built product except for the rubber guards where the ipad sits.

The keyboard is definitely of good quality and makes my iPad function as an laptop which is what I want. The keys don’t always respond with my typing, and at time won’t register all taps, but for the most part work well. Biggest issue with the keyboard is the track pad sensitivity, giving the size of the keyboard my thumb is always grazing the trackpad cause the cursor to move and click elsewhere which has caused me to start typing in different areas which has been frustrating. That being said, it functions well and creates the laptop experience I wanted from my iPad for a reasonable price.

I am a longtime Brydge owner. I love the keyboard, but I wish it would remain closed when I am carrying it. It opens up and bangs against my iPad. I have replaced the keyboard once (thinking I had bad hinges) but this one is doing it also. Even sometimes laying flat, it does not shut all the way. This is my only CON about this keyboard.

I really like this keyboard, much more than the apple keyboard, which I have sent back. Much better function & ease of use. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the back cover. It falls of with just the slightest bump. I am forever putting it back on. it does not seem very strongly magnetized. Otherwise, I would highly recommend

Magnetic cover does not stay on well at all, always sliding off. And, I am not sure how change screens without using my finger, to scroll through apps.

We’ve bought and continue to use several of the bridge keyboards. This was my first experience with the touch pad and magnetic iPad cover. Love them

While I acknowledge this is a good quality accessory, there are some issues I believe bear mentioning. The first is the trackpad: While not a bad approximation of the trackpad that was on a MacBook Air, or a MacBook Pro, it misses the mark. The scrolling is not smooth, does not have the “momentum”, and the use of it to highlight, select, cut or copy text is not consistent. The keyboard shortcuts you could use with a MacBook are not present. Perhaps this can be rectified with a firmware update. I was hoping to rely more on the trackpad, but a lot of functions can still only be fulfilled by the touch screen, and/or the Apple Pencil, if you have one. The keyboard adds significant weight, it is not light, and it adds thickness, especially if you use the magnetic back. I chose not to use it. I understand the Macbook is a robust machine and would require a robust keyboard to support it, though. Unfortunately, though the iPad Pro comes in both Space Gray and Silver, it appears the keyboard is only available in Space gray, which is disappointing. Another disappointing issue is the shims in the hinges. They grip the iPad tightly, which is a good thing, but unless you are very careful with The technique you use to insert the iPad, you will run the risk of tearing the shims. This happened to both mine and my wife’s keyboard on the first day, before we learned the technique. You CAN send away for replacement shims, however, you’ll have to wait a week for them and limp along with a keyboard with damaged shims. Not good. Moreover, the keyboard, when paired with the iPad could close tighter. If it is vertically in the closed position (for instance in a luggage pocket), there is a small gap. There should be a magnetic closure between the top of the iPad screen and the bottom of the keyboard. Perhaps that could be an accessory they could introduce after. Perhaps you could accomplish this with a little magnetic tape on the bottom of the keyboard if it did not damage the iPad. However, this should have been an integral feature. In summary: I do recommend this, but with reservation in that the negative aspects are not insurmountable, but still of concern.

Look and typing are fantastic! My issue is with the hinges. They squeak when I close it and they also seem to not be aligned. The iPad does not close all the way with the keyboard

I pre ordered my Brydge for the IPad 11 pro and after March 18, and got the wrong magnetic backing. It does not fit over the camera. Otherwise it’s good so far.

I want to really love my keyboard because the actual keyboard and trackpad is awesome. However, the magnetic piece for the back of the iPad is really ruining it for me. Every time I move my iPad even the slightest, it pops off. It is becoming annoying having to constantly pick it up off the ground, as I move around with my iPad a lot in court. Hopefully you guys can come up with a fix for this because otherwise it is really an awesome product.

High quality and dynamic keyboard. My Ipad Pro looks like a comouter. It was easy to setup and the mouse pad is smooth to the touch ….so amazing. It’s also light weight in comparison with the prior keyboard from the first Ipad pro generation I am totally Happy with it , and I would recommend it highly .
