The pads on the hinges where the ipad slides in came loose the first time I used it. Terrible quality.

There was a delay in shipping, the track pad is not very effective in doing what its suppose to do, and the software update did very little to improve the user experience. Also, the battery life after charging drops quickly to about 70%. The keyboard is beautiful and solid. However, I got this keyboard because of the track pad and the cost of this product does not reflect the quality I expected. This is my first Brydge product and unfortunately I’m disappointed. I cannot recommend this product to others at this time. I hope future software updates improve the trackpad user experience.

Still getting use to it. I am happy with the product. I wish it also did portrait view.

The backlit feature is a bonus as I have a Logitech keyboard also for a iPad 6 generation and at night cannot see the keyboard and another feature I like is changing the angle of the iPad to the keyboard. The trackpad is very responsive to touch.

The first one only last less than a week and the left hinge was broken. I contacted the custom service. They said it was not on the warranty but willing to send me a new one. The second one last for a few days. It dropped from the coffee table and the hinger broken again. I think there is a design flaw for the hinges. It seems the hinges are the weak part and not structurally sound design.

The Brydge Keyboard is being compared to the new Apple Magic Keyboard however, the real magic is when I can mount my IPAD PRO to my stand, sit in my chair, or lie down and use my Brydge Keyboard “detached” and control my IPAD PRO FROM MY CHAIR or from my bed with the built in track board. works like “real magic”.

I absolutely loved it at first. My daughter broke it within two weeks of use. It is not very sturdy.

I purchased the Bydge Pro + and I love and hate it. The keyboard is fantastic! I can not say enough about how awesome it is as far as feel, usage, supporting the iPad at any angle, truly awesome. What I hate is I feel the iPad itself does not have any protection. The piece that “magnetically sticks” to the back of the iPad comes off non stop. It will peel off and if you slide it into a bag, it will come off. I was expecting something way more durable for protection. Something the iPad sat in. This leaves all the edges of your iPad exposed and would not protect it at all if it were dropped. I would give the keyboard piece 10 stars on a scale of 1-5 because it is so awesome, but if you need something more for protection, this is a 1 star.

So far, so good. Love my new Brydge for my iPAD Pro! Works very well and was easy to install. Overall this is a great product. I had one before with my first iPAD Pro many years ago. Loved that one too.

I love brydge keyboards, but this one misses. Trackpad functions are not fully integrated and the trackpad continually activated when the palm of my hand touched it while typing. This ultimately was the reason that I returned it. Keyboard is solid. Trackpad functionality and integration just needs more work.

This was worth the wait. I absolutely love this with my iPad Pro 12.9. Highly recommend.

Just a great piece to add to your iPad pro. Very fast updates and it gets better and better. I think this is the closest the IPad has felt to a laptop. Great job guys.

While the keyboard is fantastic the trackpad is not there yet. While it works it is not near as good as what is experienced in Apple’s Magic Keyboard. The cursor, when watching movies, for example, gets lost. You have to shut the video down to “reclaim it”. When typing you can jump all of a sudden to where the cursor is. The trackpad also does not support some of the features of the trackpad of the Magic Keypad like 3 finger support, etc. Hopefully Brydge will solve some of these issues with additional firmware updates. Again, other than some trackpad issues the keyboard is the best!!

I bought this keyboard because I read multiple reviews of the Magic Keyboard from Apple that said this one was the same quality at a fraction of the cost. I did a lot more research and decided that I would take the risk and buy it. It arrived within a week and I have been so happy with it so far! It took a few hours for the trackpad to really work right (scrolling was difficult) but it worked perfectly fine the next day and I haven’t had a single problem with it! It is heavier than my iPad is so it makes the iPad double the weight (iPad Pro 11 2020) but I don’t even care! And the additional row of keys at the top were the solidifier for me. Just like my Surface Pro keyboard! If you’re on th fence, do it. Totally worth the money! I regret nothing with this purchase!

The hinges still don’t hug the ipad securely which upon install tends to twist and bend and never really seats into the groove correctly without trying a few times. Though the trackpad does work it still has a long way to go with precision and apps supporting it. FYI, I did update the firmware and tried to see if that would make a difference but it didn’t other then adding the features mentioned but really buggy. With the previous gen Brydge I combined their keyboard with logitechs mx mouse which worked flawlessly but my ipad constantly slips out of its rubber cushions when in my bag. I was hoping the problem would of been fixed with their recent update but its the same problem persist. Also after speaking to support about why the trackpad didn’t work with TradingView’s axis view scaling they said it must be the app and that it possibly didn’t support the feature mentioned but on my previous gen using my logitech mouse it works flawlessly. Also I had an idea about the rubber cushions, I think if they designed the cushion that pops out the bottom end when the ipad is open to be more of a tab they push through to be more of a tab that expands to become larger then the hole it would possibly keep the ipad seated better. From my observation when it slides outwords from the metal hinge it started to loosen its hole on the ipad and it falls out of place. The pros about the manufacturer is that not other product I have seen comes close to their full featured keyboard minus numerics keys, the degree of view, the battery lifespan without draining your keyboard like the Magic Keyboard sold by apple and still a must have addition for any professional or student looking to push the limits of their ipad. But the constant fiddling with the cushion and the way it seats the ipad and not having the precision I need to work was just too frustrating for me to keep since I wouldn’t get the usage I had hoped for. I’ll always be watching for their next innovative product but for now I have to sit this one out.

The function and style are very good! The magnetic cover is a pain at times when I put my ipad (pro gen 2) into my backpack, it slides sideways or becomes detached. I hope future keyboard/covers come with edge and corner protection for the ipad.

We’ve bought and continue to use several of the bridge keyboards. This was my first experience with the touch pad and magnetic iPad cover. Love them

Brydge NEVER lets us down. The only bad thing I have to say is the cover for the iPad back. It’s super loose. NOT A BIG DEAL TO ME personally becuase I tend to snatch it off anyways. It’s a little lighter without it.

Very nice keyboard, looks wonderful. This is the second Brydge keyboard I have owned. The trackpad is the only fault of the pro+ scrolling is to jumpy, but over all I’m very happy with it.
