   The keyboard we received has several keys that don’t work such as the slash key and the quote key. Also when using for word processing the cursor jumps around within sentences which is very annoying. For the price and how long it took to ship, I expected a much better product.

   I love the Brydge Pro+. It not only matches the color of my iPad Pro, it is amazing. The qwerty keyboard is east on the hands and the trackpad works wonders. I found it to fit my iPad perfectly. If you have a iPad Pro this is a must have accessory!

   Build is solid, sofware implementation with iPadOS needs a lot of work. Even with all the tips, still lacks in giving the buyer a quality product. No should have to change settings yo a slightly better mouse psd experience that still lags behind the competition. Last issue I have is keyboard battery life. Im getting about 2 days of light usage. I know it says 3 months, but I’m not even remote close to those clsims. I personally dont have an issue with the weight of the product. Shipping was great. Thinking about returning it and tryinv something different. This was my go to since i first saw a video on it. Sadly, it leaves much to be desired.

   I recently purchased/received the new Brydge Pro+ keyboard with integrated pad for use with the iPad Pro 12.9 (2020). I was hoping to get some initial problems resolved with Brydge support prior to posting a review, but, alas, that hasn’t happened. Seems Brydge support is so overwhelmed (or understaffed) that it takes 3-5 days for an email response. There seems to be very little documentation or suggested performance settings for the keyboard, leaving one to basically try/repeat suspected settings within iOS. The keyboard, overall, has a solid construction and appearance. The plastic lid cover furnished for the iPad Pro, however, needs a stronger magnet or another way to secure, as it is easily dislodged from the iPad. Functionally, the keyboard has several operational problems which need addressing to bring it up to par with expectations. First, the scrolling up/down action in several applications (Facebook, Instagram, email, etc) is very “jerky” and non-fluid. It seems to scroll up/down in small virtual page sizes instead of a smooth, continuous movement, as compared to the Apple Magic mousepad. Next, pinch/zoom and swipe left/right functionality is missing. This forces one to use the native iPad functionality to achieve these movements, somewhat negating the purpose of the integrated pad. Next, it seems that even though the keyboard is paired with the iPad Pro (2020), it loses the connection whenever the iPad sleeps. I’m forced to turn on the keyboard after the iPad is active before cursor movement is regained instead of being “awakened” by the iPad when it awakes. I’m hoping these problems will be quickly resolved with forthcoming firmware updates, but, at present, these make using the keyboard and pad somewhat aggravating, thus, supporting the two star rating. After the problems have been addressed, I will revisit this review to update.

   I’ve been a customer from Day One – one of the many original backers from the Kickstarter campaign days – and, (fast forward through 3 generations of Brydge iPad products), continue to be a brand ambassador and a fan. The concept, fit & finish, and extraordinary utility of the Brydge Pro + is an extension of the original product’s vision, reinforced by a true quality build. It’s transformed my 3rd Generation iPad Pro 12.9. Bravo, Team. Well done.

   The lack of an “escape” is a deal breaker. Despite the lack a of a responsive and organized support unit, I would have enjoyed the tool bar keys and slim design. Apple pencil is easily separated from the unit and could easily be lost in day-to-day use.Not worth the price. Wish I had gone with the ridiculously expensive Apple version. Both are $$$$$ rip-offs.

    I’m really enjoying my new Brydge Pro+. It is very substantial and adds the convenience of a “laptop” to your iPad Pro. The only issue I’ve had is the magnetic front cover does not stay on, I’ve had to reattach multiple times. Not sure if others have the same issue. Other than thus, very well made, easy to use.

    Overall the Brydge works well and seems sturdy. The keys are easy to type on and function as expected. I upgraded from a ClamCase to this. The main feature the ClamCase that I preferred was the ability to fold the keyboard under and use it as a display or tablet mode. I wish my Brydge did that but hinge only goes to 180 degrees. The flipside is that the Brydge seems very sturdy. My only other concern is that with my new iPad Pro 2020 when I start up the device I have trouble swiping from bottom to access the dock and recent apps.

    Out of all the purchases this year, this is the best. Trackpad is most useful and convenient, and this keypad seems to always be connected to Bluetooth. Have not had to pair it except upon removing from its box. Excellent for this new iPad.

    Keystroke delays when typing or keys just not being functional even when the system is fully charged. Magnetic back doesn’t stay on or in place.
