The after sales support is robust and responsive after 1 of the 2 keyboards I brought had a defect. The support officer Sara was quick to respond and provided a positive outcome for the issue. I will certainly continue to buy Brydge products.

The device itself is well build and I like the weight of it but this is completely personal preference. The magnetic protective cover really needs some work. Keeps falling off and doesn’t really fit appropriately. Pain having to continually put it back on. Otherwise I would have given it a 5. Surprised how secure the device is in the slots. I was skeptical initially before receiving the device. No way a device would accidentally fall out of those arm clamps.

Very happy with ease of battery life has been good so far switching between documents and apps are very easy.

Many keys were popping off, and one never seated correctly

A friend picked up the model for his iPad without the touch pad, but I waited until the release of the new model. I’m not disappointed. It’s turned my iPad into a high performance machine. It’s my go to device for everything unless I’m physically sitting at work. The track pad allows me to move between apps, music texts and so much more. The backlit keys allow me to work in the dark, and the keys themselves just work well and have a smooth function to them. The only downfall to this device is the back plate, but its not a little issue and wouldn’t stop me from buying the product. With Apple’s addition of the new camera’s on the 2020 model, the back plate doesn’t quite line up correctly on my case and the magnets don’t hold it in place well enough going in and out of my laptop/briefcase. It may be that I have an odd bird, but for what I do, and everything I get from this product, I can live with it.

I love Brydge keyboard cases, I really do. I still have one on my old iPad. So when I got a new iPad Air I immediately ordered one for it. Unfortunately the magnetic backing for this case doesn’t work with the new iPad Airs (v4). I need to protect the entire iPad, so I had to return it. Hopefully they fix that issue soon.

Great fit except for the magnetic back hole cut out is made for the Newer Version Pro still looks great though! Looses blue tooth connectivity after sitting for awhile and I open the ipad I have to reconnect the keyboard!

The keyboard serves the function on typing but the trackpad is not efficient and cannot compare to magic keyboard. some of the buttons need serveral presses to activate, which is frustrating. It claims to suit iPad air but the back cover can’t even stick to my iPad… So I will say it fulfill the function of a keyboard but definitely not worth the price.

When I purchased this keyboard, I didn’t think that the experience it provided would necessarily be that great. I was surprised to see that my reservations with the product were unfounded. Brydge has created a solid product with a great trackpad for a fraction of the price of Apple’s Magic Keyboard. While the track pad still needs some fine tuning (aka inconsistent scrolling, mis-click problems, and lack of zoom function), the keyboard overall is amazing. However, I feel as if I should give a few warnings to future buyers. One thing to note is that the battery life of the keyboard is not at all what the company markets. The most lifetime I got out of the keyboard was about a week. For reference, I used the keyboard for school and work on a daily basis for about 6 hour sessions every day. There are times when the trackpad misreads my single clicks as double presses. This is definitely an aspect of the product that the company can stand to work on. One thing that Brydge has significantly improved was the scrolling. While it might feel choppy at times and has no intertidal scrolling, the experience as much better than what was shown on youtube videos about 6 months ago. This product is currently great but it still needs a few tweaks to be a much better rival to the magic keyboard. With all that being said… 10/10 would recommend.

Struggling a bit when I switch to the French keyboard… Otherwise, very happy with the design and functionality

Build quality is very solid. There is a sticky hinge which worries me a bit. The functionality of the keys are excellent, the functionality of the track pad is disappointing. Hopefully it will get better with upgrades to software

This is first time I am using this product so far good! No complaints! … I liked it.

Very poor. Battery glitch that will not go above 85%. Pointer that I have no control most times. The iPad keyboards keeps popping up. Scrolling with the trackpad keeps getting stuck. I waited a long time for this. Never again will I shop pre-order and for a Brydge product. The excitement and anticipation died when I was told it was delayed further and suck any out that remained when this keyboard shows up flawed.

Play works great and it’s about $150 cheaper than the Apple one and has many many more features definitely would recommend it

Heavier than expected. Holds the iPad Pro too tight and the arms are hard to fold down even when iPad isn’t inserted. Returning for refund.

Absolutely amazing!!!! To be quite honest that a computer computer I love it

Keyboard looks very clean and feels unusually solid and robustly built with excellent fit and finish . The keys feel firm and provide excellent typing feedback. My only complaint is that the magnetic backside cover does not stay in place well. The range of tilt and weight without a back brace allows for actually using the iPad Pro on ones lap as a laptop. I would like to have some track pad configuration capability such as tap sensitivity and “hover” command duration prior to execution or on/off option. A broad range of cursor size, shape, color, and translucency would also be nice although the context sensitive morphing around actuator icons works very nicely. Some of the above may be out of Brydge’s control, but perhaps they could push Apple in the desired direction.

The letters come up double sometimes when I tap them.

Great product. Lighter and even sturdier than the predecessor. I have a Brydge Pro on my IPad and got the new Pro+ for my wife. It’s a great improvement and feels like a full keyboard.
