   I like the key board and track pad on my 11″ 2020 iPad however the rear cover is a pain in the rear as it won’t stay in place.. every time I open my iPad the cover shifts or falls off.. they need to come up stronger magnets or re-think the design.. The rear cover is Just about worthless..

   The new Brydge keyboard with the touch pad is amazing. My only issue with it is that I seem to tap it occasionally (unintentionally of course) when I am typing and things start happening that I didn’t intend. Maybe it will take time to get used to it so that doesn’t happen. Otherwise, it is a great keyboard, and I have used Brydge before and bought keyboards for other members of my family and they all enjoy having them to use. With the track pad, I think it will make me work faster — which is going to save me time and get me finished sooner.

   If I could choose less than 1 star I would. After getting this keyboard I ended spending the extra money and getting the Magic Keyboard. Brydge Pro key board prior to this one is was better.

   I have been very pleased with the Brydge Pro keyboard. This keyboard makes using productivity apps so much easier and has transformed my iPad into a near replacement for my laptop. The backlit keyboard is a great enhancement over the Apple keyboard I was previously using. If there was one thing that could make this better, it would be to have a fully rotating hinge system or quicker way to mount the keyboard to the iPad to use it as a tablet.

    Wasn’t sure what to expect when I pre-ordered this over a year ago. Loved the concept. The trackpad is NOT quite as good as an Apple Trackpad – even on bluetooth. However, this might have to do with the iOS 13 system than the trackpad itself. I’m use to working quickly so the tracking mode had to be put to max speed and even then there is some small delay at times. The lack of pinch zoom is somewhat annoying. I continue to use the touch screen at least 60% of the time. However, I think as Apple improves the iOS and Brydge makes their improvements, it will only get better. Also, not big on the giant circle symbol as the cursor – prefer a choice of smaller objects like an arrow.

    Purchased this keyboard for our iPad Pro after having the previous version (no trackpad). This was a beneficial upgrade as now we can get the iPad to function as a laptop when needed & it was also frustrating with the dead space on the old version as I found that my hands would naturally go to where a trackpad should be. It seems very responsive, okay weight (little heavy, but not terrible) & so far the back seems to stay on better than the previous version as well. The big problem is the price… it seems expensive for what it is, especially with the exchange rate to Canadian dollars. Happy with this product but not sure I would buy again based on this factor.

    The keyboard is great. Design, construction and features are excellent. Comparing it with the Apple alternative, however, is a mixed bag. Brydge wins in backlighting and clam shell design. BUT you cannot just pick up the iPad and go (as int he Apple one): removing it from the keyboard is harder. Also, power management and trackpad integration are better in the Apple device. You need to ask yourself: Will the iPad sit on the keyboard close to full time (Brydge) or not (Apple)? All in all, Brydge is great if you plan to use your iPad +90% of the time as a laptop. It may just be the case that I am not the right target user, I use the two modes (tethered and on its own) about 50/50.

    Perfectly fits my iPad Pro in both style & connection. Thank you for updating the Brydge to incorporate the trackpad. I appreciate the user friendly set up & reliable functionality. This is the only keyboard I would recommend for the iPad Pro .

    This is my second Brydge keyboard – first one was with an earlier generation of IPad Pro – this new one with the track pad is an amazing upgrade – it is a terrific device – I thought it was pretty “high-priced” at first glance – but after unpackaging it and now using it – well worth the price – much more substantial than the earlier model – love it..
