The BEST case/keyboard for iPad Pro! Absolutely in love with it. My only complaint is it is a bit difficult to swipe up from the bottom of the iPad. The design has it sit down a bit so I really have to dig in with my finger to get it to swipe up and it doesn’t work every time. Minor issue.

I bought 2 of this keyboards for my husband and myself. With a few weeks they became harder and harder to open and close. And on mine one side of my iPad kept slipping out of the slot on keyboard where it was supposed to be attached. Eventually while trying to close the keyboard and iPad the keyboard hinge shattered my iPad screen. Shortly after that my husbands keyboard hinge broke off where it is supposed to rotate to open and close. Has been a very expensive lesson that more expensive does not mean better. I’m very disappointed and upset and now stuck with two expensive pieces of junk and had to replace my iPad.

The keyboard isn’t as seamless as I was hoping for, scrolling with the touch pad isn’t as smooth as scrolling on the screen. And I wish the screen and keyboard could fold flat against each other. The back protector thing doesn’t stay on well. Touch pad and volume and light control are nice, as well as shortcuts and gestures.

The keyboard part of the product is very solid. The keys have good travel distance and there is virtually no flex. The trackpad can be oversensitive with your thumbs at times, but if you train your thumbs to hover in the air the experience can be improved. What I don’t particularly enjoy is the magnetic cover which is just a tiny bit larger than the actual iPad itself. It stays on most of the time, but it doesn’t feel like it’s a perfect fit. The initial setup and usage of the keyboard and trackpad is relatively painless and is only held back by the limitations of iOS (as of iOS 14). I would recommend this product for those who are looking for a solid keyboard and trackpad to pair with their iPad Pros.

Product arrived not ready for prime time. Brydge has been trying to fix the issues with software updates and things are a indeed improving a bit. However, product is not ready for prime time because of software issues (some are Apple’s issues). Hardware quality and finish is first-rate. I think Brydge could have been more transparent early on when I was trying to figure out why the trackpad was basically useless. But they deserve credit for trying to fix these issues for the past couple of week.

Bridge always puts out a quality product. Set up was straight forward. Integration is not perfect on the latest iPad Air. Had I waited two weeks I would have purchased Bridge Air Max+ which will work well with the new iPad.

Looks good with my iPad Pro. Fits well in the hinges. The magnetic cover for the back of the iPad seems to be a bit loose – the magnets aren’t very strong and it easily slips or falls off. The worst part is that it’s a Bluetooth connection; doesn’t use the built-in contacts on the back of the iPad – so scrolling is jerky and it’s not as easy to use the trackpad on this keyboard as it is to use the trackpad on the branded keyboard. If I had to make the choice again I would choose to keep looking for a better product; but this one does what I need to do, even if it isn’t as elegant as I’d like it to be.
