The 9.84′ (3m) DVI-D M/M Dual Link Digital Video Cable from C2G is a precision-engineered cable that is fully compliant with the DVI standard defined by DDWG (Digital Display Working Group). The DVI-D dual link configuration provides enough bandwidth for resolutions up to 2048 x 1536 pixels and allows high-speed digital video transmission up to 9.9 Gbps. 28 AWG copper conductors are individually insulated in foam-polypropylene to minimize crosstalk and ensure high-speed, error-free transmission. Tri-shielded undermold with dual foil shield and braid shield protects against unwanted EMI/RFI interference. Gold-plated contacts provide full conductivity with no data loss. The cable is PC and Mac compatible and supports hot-plugging of DVI display devices.

I’ve been a Cables To Go (C2G) fan club member for years. I needed this particular cable to test two graphics cards in my Mac Pro video editing system to see if either of the cards were going out, or if there was a bad DisplayPort cable. Turned out to be one card is on it’s way out, and one DisplayPort cable did need to be replaced. You don’t need to pay through the nose for designer cables at the big box stores. Just like a JEEP, Cables To Go products are rock solid cables at a very reasonable price that gets you where you want to go. Bottom line: this cable does its job.

Cable lacked attaching screws for one monitor side and both sides for the compluter

Cable is thick and sturdy. It works. Not much more to say about that.
