The fit of the USB C plug on this device is much too tight. I was afraid it would destroy the port on my phone. I got a StarTech product instead. USBCAUDIO Better finish, better fit. The StarTech has the electronics at the 3.5 mm end of the device and a standard USB C plug. Mic works on both products.

I bought this because the 3.5mm headphone jack on my laptop quit working. I was really pleased that this item comes plug & play and starts working automatically without having to do anything in settings to map audio to my USB-C port. My only reason for not giving it a 5-stars is cheap build quality.

I use it only on my phone and the audio quality is pretty solid. The product doesn’t look or feel cheap, but the cable is thinner that I thought it would be so only time will tell how long it will last.

I purchased your product because my Lenovo tablet does not have a headphone jack. The Lenovo P11 tablet is supposed to have an FM radio tuner, but does not. Your product works fine as a headphone adapter.
