Classically styled with a polished stainless steel exterior and a satin-finished interior, the Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 4.5 Qt. Saucepan is designed with three layers to ensure even, consistent heating. A heavy-gauge aluminum core surrounded by stainless steel provides excellent heat conduction for browning and searing, while giving you enhanced control of the cooking process. The large saucepan has the capacity to cook big batches of soups, chilies, and stocks as well as pasta, rice, and vegetables. The bottom interior is sloped for easy stirring. Includes tempered glass cover to easily view the food as it cooks.
