I often want to make a double recipe and freeze half and this pan is perfect for those times. I really like the handles as it makes the pan much more compatible with my available storage space. I had many a frying/Sauteuse pan in my 50 years of cooking and I must say, this pan is the best. It’s balanced very well and cooks so even you have to look twice to believe it. Warms up faster than any pan I have ever used, and cooks evenly threw out the pan. And with the cover on, you can cook, stew, fry, and even make soup with this baby! I recommended this pan to everyone!!!
