I’ve owned several sets of cookware over the years, from the super cheap to pretty high-end and this is by far the best I’ve used. I received a free set of this cookware for review, but all the thoughts that follow are mine alone.I’m really impressed that I can get a good sear on meats but it doesn’t stick – it’s usually hard to find a pan that does both! One of the first dishes I made with these, I was sure it would be a nightmare to clean off, and then when I rinsed it with water, everything washed right off. I didn’t even have to scrub!Not only are they great for cooking, but they have a lot of great design extras that make them a real pleasure to use, from the oven-safe design to the interior measurement marks (so you don’t have to measure out the water or sauce separately!), spouts for easy pouring, and lids with straining holes. Sometimes I think, “Was this product even designed by someone who actually cooks?” but this set obviously was made by a team that understood how people really function in the kitchen. Bravo!It also seems uncommon to get a set that has a small saucepan, and I’m so delighted that this one does. It’s just so useful when you want to boil a couple of eggs or whip up a quick sauce or make a single serving of soup or pasta.Just make sure you use non-metal utensils so you don’t scratch the ceramic.And, although this certainly isn’t necessary, they are really beautiful. Food just looks gorgeous against that bright white surface.

I’ve been using these pots and pans for a few weeks now and love them! I’ve never cooked with ceramic cookware before, but I’m now a big fan. The non-stick ceramic surface cooks food so nicely without sticking. Clean up is a breeze with these pots and pans which is good for a busy mom like me. The pour spouts in the tempered glass lids are so convenient for draining water and eliminates the need for a colander when draining water. I love the long handles that stay cool even after cooking for a while over a hot stove top. You can even cook with this set in an oven set up to 450 degrees F. Disclosure: I did receive this cookware set for free, however, I truly love cooking with these pots and pans and my opinions are my own.

I am so happy that I got the chance to try Calphalon Classic Ceramic Cookware. This was my first experience cooking with ceramic cookware and now I don’t ever want to go back.What I love most about these pots and pans is that they are so easy to clean. At first reading that they weren’t dishwasher safe I was worried about the time it would take me to wash them. I have made a variety of meals with this cookware, from spaghetti to pancakes. Each time I just have to rinse them and give them a quick wash. No scrubbing is required because the food just wipes/rinses right off.This cookware is also very heavy duty and heats up really fast. I’ve been able to cook my meals so quickly since I’ve been using them.The pour spouts/lids are also so handy and cut strainers out of the equation. This really makes my life as a busy mom easier because, again, I have less work when doing dishes.I highly recommend this cookware to busy moms like me who need to take some of the hassle out of cooking. Although I received this product for free, all opinions in this review are my own.

I have this set for 3 weeks now, and it is amazing. I do love the ceramic feature while cooking and for clean up as well. The only thing I noticed is that the bottom or the gray part gets some oily stains no matter how much I wash them. Thinking it is normal as I have seen before on other pots I have owed, but so far very pleased with it.

I received free and here’s my honest opinion on the product (12″ griddle). I absolutely love 12″ pans. This one is no exception. Very nice as far as not sticking. Looks absolutely great. Heavy duty and very durable. Found it to be very easy to clean. The handle just looks good. But it is SS and stays cool. I used in oven (can use up to 450 degrees). Food just looks better/tastes better with this product.

I am in love with this set! I’ve used this to cook meat and chili to eggs and grilled cheese- you name it! It cooks everything incredibly well. The handle does get a little hot depending on which one you use, and the large pans are a little tricky to cook with since the heat only covers a portion of the pan, but you’ll find that with any brand you use. I’d highly recommend investing in a set of ceramic cookware– I don’t have to use cooking spray or olive oil because nothing sticks! And cleanup is super easy- just wipe out with a damp paper towel (or ideally- hand wash with a little dish soap…that’s it! Everything comes right off so you don’t really have to scrub.) And make sure you don’t use metal utensils so you can keep this set in great shape for the long haul!I LOVE the easy to read measurements on the inside. If I am making rice, for example, I just fill my water up and don’t have to get out a measuring cup- genius! Another great feature? The easy pour and strain feature. I can cook my pasta and strain it all in this pot.This cookware set has surpassed my expectations! I would happily buy this and highly recommend this set to anyone and everyone! I received this set for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I currently own a set of non stick Calphalon cookware and was expecting the same quality. I was blown away by the non stick ness of these pots and pans! I HATE making eggs because the clean up is always terrible. I decided to make some eggs in my new ceramic non stick pans and OH MY GOODNESS! The eggs came out perfectly done and the mess was non existent! I have never been able to make an egg sunny side up before because I could never flip it without making a mess everywhere. I am now able to make amazing eggs! I cook daily and make all sorts of food. I have tried this with pasta sauce and let the residue sit over night expecting to have a hard mess to clean up. I was pleasantly surprised when all I needed to do was run the pot under hot water, rinse it out, put a touch of dish soap and water in the pot, rub it around with my hand or a wash cloth and the pot was perfectly clean!All of the pots have easy to read measurements on the inside. This is super convenient and makes it so I don’t have to use more dishes, which means less to clean. I LOVE the easy pour and strain feature. I can cook my pasta and strain it all in this pot. I LOVE this and think every pan should have this!The handles on these do not get hot at all! I am very impressed with this feature. I have had other pots and pans that have handles that are not supposed to get hot, yet they do. I love that even on high heat these handles do not get hot.I HATE hand washing anything. Seriously, I try to keep HAND WASH ONLY items out of my house. I was a little leery about these being hand wash only. I was very happy to find that these are super easy to wash. A little hot water unsticks anything that looks stuck and a tiny bit of dish soap along with my hand or a wash cloth cleans up everything!I have cooked with oil, cheese, eggs, everything that is super sticky, hard to cook and hard to clean. I am happy to say this cookware set has surpassed my expectations! I would happily buy this and highly recommend this set to anyone and everyone!

I received this set for Christmas. When I was doing a peruse wash I noticed a small spot on one of the pots as if the ceremic is chipping off. I have never put them in the dishwasher or used hard utensils (I.e. forks or spoons). Now after using them for a month, more is chipping off of the pots. It’s weird because it is only on the pots not the pans. I really like this product, so I will exchange them. Hopefully the next set is in a better condition. The nonstick coating is like nothing I have ever seen…it’s magic.

I recently received this set as a gift and had to exchange it before ever using it due to a damaged pan. Now, I have been using the pans for about a week. They work great. So long as you follow the use and care instructions you shouldn’t have any problems. The handles feel good, they cook evenly, and water seems to boil faster than my old cheap pots.

I received these pans for review and all opinions are my own. I am LOVING this set! The first thing I noticed was how light they were. I normally cook with cast iron so these pots and pans feel like feathers to me! 🙂 I love the measurement features on the inside of the pots so you know how much water or liquid you have in there. The pots have pour spouts which make it a cinch to pour off water when boiling something such as eggs or spaghetti. I made eggs in the pan and it was so easy to flip them- no sticking. I do wish that these pans were dishwasher safe as I’m tired of washing everything by hand, but at least I’m used to it. I would definitely recommend this set to someone.

I have been looking for an alternative to my heavy cast iron and was anxious to try them out. These provided a much lighter cooking surface, plus they heat very quickly, but the handles stay cool on the stove top.There are quite a few things I loved about this set, but the best part is that the extra features made for less cleanup. First off, they all have pour spouts which makes it easy to transfer contents without waste and spillage. The straining lids made draining water off pasta not only easy, but done with only one pot, instead of a strainer to clean after. Since each pot had measuring marks I didn’t have to pull out the measuring cups.I have been using these daily for over a month and while they are non-stick, they aren’t your traditional non-stick, so know they will function a little differently. I still use a little oil, and food doesn’t always “slide” off, but it definitely doesn’t stick like stainless steel and clean up is a breeze. I used to dread making eggs because the clean up was such a pain, but now we are back to making them every morning!A bonus in my opinion is that they look very nice too!
