This nonstick saucepan will prove to be quite versatile in my household in the long run. This sauce pan is perfect for everything from mashed potatoes to mac & cheese. I love how the cheesy sauce doesn’t stick to the pan, making cleanup a breeze. I can’t wait to put the nonstick coating to the ultimate test when I make homemade fudge around the holidays.This 3.5 quart saucepan is easy to grab with one hand, thanks to the comfortable grip that stays cool during the cooking process. I’m not usually one to make very many stovetop to oven recipes, but it is nice to have a versatile pan that is oven safe up to 400 degrees in case I find a recipe I can’t live without trying. My 3.5 quart saucepan is one I know I will be using weekly, as it is the perfect size pan to have in the arsenal for a family of three.I received the above mentioned product in exchange for an honest review. While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own. The easy release nonstick feature of this pot I am in love with. My husband loves to make rice. This pot was specific for him to make rice in it. The clean up is so easy. It heats evenly! The comfort grip and stay-cool handles make moving it from stove to sink or oven to stove a breeze. The comfort grip helps a ton when making gravies.Oven safe up to 400ºF you can make jambalaya in the pot. You can easily go back and warm it up in the oven. With the tempered glass lids it’s easy to see what your cooking. The tempered glass is thick and makes the lid heavy which is a good thing. I have tendency to drop lids. I like them to be well made and these definitely are.The overall design of this pot is fantastic. I plan to use it for more than just rice now. Plenty of gravies, sauces, and even stove top mac and cheese would be wonderful in this pot.

This sauce pan is like my dream pan. I have used it so many times in so many different ways. It’s big enough to boil a whole pound of pasta or two pounds of carrots. I make gravy in it and nothing sticks! Clean up is a breeze. I have washed it by hand and in the dishwasher and it always comes out clean and stain-free. It is super heavy-duty. I have received a Calphalon 3 ½ quart Hard-Anodized Nonstick. sauce pan with cover to try and review. Although I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts are my own. The pan is made of durable aluminum construction. It was an easy heating pan and the lid fit without any gaps or boilover. It is a good solid and well balanced pan that cooked evenly whether on the stovetop or in the oven. The pan provided a consistant even heat. It has a long lasting, easy release nonstick finish. Clean up on this sauce pan is a dream. A simple cleanup even after the thickest sauces. The comfort grip, stay-cool handle made it a pleasure to use. The entire thing is oven safe up to 400ºF. Makes it easy to transfer from stovetop to oven in one pan. It’s tempered glass lid makes it easy to keep an eye on your cooking without removing the lid. As an added benefit it comes with a full 10 year warranty.

Lucky for me, he was super excited to receive it and has been incredibly happy with the product!I am not sure how we have been living without this size of sauce pan – I swear we have smaller and then we have big pots, but not a sauce pan this size. It has been a very loved addition to our kitchen.It is non-stick, which is great and it has that thick, dark, coating on the inside. The Calaphon 3.5 qt Non-Stick Sauce Pan with cover is perfect for cooking sauces among other things. I don’t have to worry about my sauces or noodles sticking to the bottom or sides, burning and ruining the meal. The lid prevents things from splattering. I love how simple and easy it is to clean the pan. The handle stays cool so I don’t have to worry about burning myself. And not only can you cook with this on the stove top but you can also put it inside the oven up to 400′. This is such a useful pan to have in the kitcen.
