I have been searching for a great non-stick pan for some time now. While I received this product for free, the thoughts and opinions in this review are my own. My 11 year old daughter and I have used this pan, cooking bacon, eggs and french toast. The bacon cooked quickly and evenly. I loved having the lid to minimize the grease from splattering everywhere. I wiped out the pan with a paper towel and immediately cooked scrambled eggs. They cooked perfectly, not sticking to any part of the pan. Usually, I grab kitchen towels to hold the hot lid and pan handles. Not needed for this pan! The handle and lid both have a grip attached and stay cool during the cooking process. There was no visible egg residue in the pan so we continued using the hot pan to make delicious french toast. It was cooked golden brown to perfection and a hit with my daughter. This is my favorite pan! I love that I will be able to cook and not worry about the food sticking!

I’ve been looking for a good size saute pan, and this Calphalon beauty fit the bill perfectly! The pan is a nice, heavy weight and has a well-fitting lid. The handle doesn’t jiggle on the pan (which cheap pans sometime do). It’s a great pan for making dinner in–deep enough to do meat, veggies, sauce, etc. The only negative for me is that it’s hand-wash only (but I suppose most quality pans are!).While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own.

Loving this saute pan. I’d been looking for a new one and this is perfect. Last night I made bone in pork chops in it. They cooked quickly and got a good sear on. . Next it’ll be hot sausage and peppers. Once warmer weather comes I’ll be making zucchini and eggplant all the time from the farmer’s market. Add in some tomatoes and pasta , there’s dinner .There’s so much you can use this to cook and the easy release non stick coating makes clean up super fast plus it really holds heat so food not only cooks well but stays warm until serving.It’s oven safe too, up to 400 degrees, so doing something like a gratin should work wonderfully. I have made things like Alfredo Sauce, to scrambled eggs, to even cooking meat in this pan. The durable aluminum construction really makes it easy to love this Saute Pan. The Stay cool handles are a wonderful feature. I don’t have to worry about burning my hand, and because I am teaching my kids how to cook, this pan in one of my go-to items. I have hand washed the pan and will tell you, that nothing I have made in it, has stuck on. It truly is Non-stick! The lid is well made and I don’t feel like it’s going to break easily. I’m newer to Calphalon products, but am so pleased with them! This 3-qt saute pan is my second Calphalon pan and is quickly becoming my go-to pan. It’s the perfect size for sauteing vegetables for our family of 5, but has so many uses beyond that (such as boiling pasta, making cream sauces, etc). I love how it is deeper than a traditional frying pan. The saute pan is strong and made of durable aluminum with an easy-to-release non-stick surface.
