I gave this set 5 stars for several reasons:- Dishwasher Safe – I love that I can just pop these pans into the dishwasher and not worry about hand washing them.- Two Pans – I participate in a cookie exchange with friends every year and having two identical pans will make making dozens and dozens of cookies much quicker.- High Quality Rolled Edges – I had a similar pan that was much lower quality and it would warp every time it was placed in a hot oven. I tossed it the second I got this set!These pans are wonderful quality and perfect for baking biscuits, cookies, and jelly roll cakes.While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own.

Even though I received this product for free, these are my own opinions, and I would certainly have bought this product on my own. While I haven’t actually used the pan to make a jelly roll, I have used for focaccia and baking cookies and what is so great is the size of the pan that both pans can fit on the same rack at the same time. I will be trying to make a jelly roll at some point (carrot – with cream cheese frosting!) because it is thick enough that the cake won’t burn.

I received a set of these non-stick jelly roll pans to review a few weeks ago. I use them almost daily. Sheet pans are a staple in my kitchen, using them for roasting vegetables, baking cookies and even making sheet cakes! They are very sturdy, but not too heavy and clean up is a breeze.

I recently had the opportunity to try the Calphalon 12×17 classic jelly roll combo. These two pays have a nonstick finish and are made of aluminized steel for even heating. I love to roast vegetables, bake cookies in bake chicken in these pans. They are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and come with a full 10 year warranty. FYI they are oven safe to 450 degrees meaning that they are not safe for the broiler. These seem like high quality pans and I look forward to using them for years to come! I receive these pans for free, but all thoughts and opinions here are mine alone and I really did throw away my old pans after using these.Upon receiving the pans I noticed they were heavier and thicker than the similar pans that I had been working with previously. I have given these pan a workout over the past week, making a variety things including caramel corn, baked sweet potato fries, cookies, fish, and bacon. These pans not only performed wonderfully they came out still looking great too.They are made of an aluminized steel which provides even heating and means that these pans were less likely to burn my food. I had almost given up on sweet potato fries, but with this pan they came out crispy and delicious instead of soggy and burnt. Also, my oven bacon was more evenly cooked when comparing the center pieces to the edge pieces.The edges of the pan are rolled to increase durability and prevent warping. The sides are also high enough that they keep food in the pan where it should be. For once, all of my caramel corn stayed inside the pan while baking and I didn’t have to clean burnt pieces of popcorn from the bottom of my oven.As far as being non-stick, these pans worked wonderfully with my cookies and my fish. I usually use parchment paper when making cookies and foil when doing my fish just to prevent a huge clean up. For testing purposes I put the food directly on the pan. Not only did the food release easily (I did grease the pan) but it didn’t leave a tough mess to clean. While the pan is dishwasher safe, it’s too large for my small dishwasher. However, even washing by hand is not a problem with this nonstick finish.The pan is oven safe up to 450 degrees and I used it at 425 on my fish without an issues. It’s also backed by a full 10 year warranty, just in case you ever need it. In all, I would highly recommend these pans.

I was sent this set of jelly pans to review. My daughter and myself have been using them for a whole slew of different things. We have loved using them for our roasted potato wedges. The lip makes it easy to stir up the potatoes while they are baking. We’ve made one jelly roll cake using the smaller of the two pans, and I will say it wasn’t that hard to get the cake flipped out of the pan. I woul advice always spraying your pans with non stick baking spray. Overall this set is a great investment. With two different sizes, you will be able to use these for a variety of baking needs.

I have several of these because the 12×17 racks fit right inside of them. They are an excellent combination when you are baking something like bacon that needs a place to drain. With a sheet of parchment under the rack cleanup is easy as pie.
