I have had this knife set for about 2 months now. I previously owned another knife set of lesser quality. I was lucky enough after years of struggling to cut and prepare dinner to receive this set. I have found it difficult for the last 4 years to cut potatoes and meat due to nerve damage in my arms and carpal tunnel in my hands. I always had to ask my husband to assist with dicing and cutting. This set is so amazing I can cut anything. Sweet potatoes were always very dense and impossible but once more I can do it without assistance. The self sharpening is wonderful. They are balanced perfectly and are very comfortable to hold. I would highly recommend these knives to anyone.

I have been using this knife set for weeks. it is a very nice knife set. it’s is sharp and stays sharp. it is easy to clean. My husband uses it more then I do and he loves it. we really love it, the only thing we don’t like about it is the scissors that come with it, they seem kind of cheap. We love the self sharpening feature.
