This is what dreams are made of !!! I got the 5qt sauté pan and it is absolutely amazing. Such great quality. I love that the lid has a tight close on the pot as well . Food cooks so evenly and everything fits right in . Don’t have to use multiple pots to make my families favorites. Washing is so easy (no sticking ) couldn’t be any happy best purchase by far .

I have always wanted a saute pan like this one. This is a high quality pan! I love being able to sear chicken and finish it off in the oven with the same pan! I have used other pans in the past, but didn’t have as good results as I get with the Calphalon Premier Stainless Steel 5-Qt. Sauté Pan. Clean up was very easy which is a plus when I am working full time and also teaching my kids. If you are in the market for a high quality saute pan this is for you!!!

The pan has some nice weight and really is sturdy, the kind of stainless steel you’d expect to last for many years and maybe pass down to your children. Can’t wait to make some more dishes with it. Have used it to make what we call squash mess and it was a breeze to clean up. Would definitely recommend.

I love how beautiful this saute pan. It’s very shiny and visually appealing. The material is sturdy and solid. I have used it to saute vegetables like zucchini and it was delicious. I have also used it to sear some chicken breasts and the browning was awesome. The major perk is how easy it is to clean up, no baked on residue.

I have used it took make burgers, eggs and saute veggies, nothing sticks, I love it, I wish it wasnt so heavy, but it is a really big pan. I am very happy with it.

I definitely love the Calphalon sautee pan. It has the look of sophistication. Very nicely made. It is pretty heavy but I like it. The pan is very large and holds quite a bit. I was actually in the market for a wok (as my old wok had showed its age and I had to let it go), and by chance this item became available. This Calphalon saute pan has replaced the wok, fry pan, and saute pan in our household. Made with high quality stainless steel, this amazing saute pan did what those other pans can and did it much better.The amount of food you can fit in this saute pan is incredible. I was able to make a large stir fry that could feed 8 people (with room to spare) on this pan. The flat bottom and rounded edges gave this pan much added room and depth for all things veggies, meat, sauces, oil, etc. The pan came with a sturdy see through glass lid that allowed me to see the action under the pan without guessing. Everything was dishwasher safe as well. Cleanup was not hard either, with deep fry residue and cooked on/caked on foods easily wiped off with a household sponge (and a bit of hot water and soap, of course). This item can also withstand some heat in the oven as well. I finished a meal in the oven at 450F degrees and it did not cause any type of issues with residue or cleanup afterwards. Overall, this saute pan has replaced at least 3 pans in our household, has been so sturdy on the stove and oven, and so easy to clean that I highly recommend this item for those function alone. I can’t wait to grill a steak, make a casserole, stir fry noodles, and throw everything in the fridge on it. Now I’m getting hungry! Bon appetit!

I was excited to try this pan and was not disappointed. This is a nice thick quality non-stick pan. It sautees, sears and simmers large amounts of product because of its deep sides. It can hold plenty of sauces and stock without any type of splatter. It heats and cooks food evenly. The pan gets as hot as needed while the handle stays cool. The cover makes a great seal trapping heat perfectly. The top does not get hot, It gets warm but I don’t need a potholder to move it. I love how much I can cook in this. Clean up is quick and easy as everything easily rinses off and can be put in the dishwasher safely. I strongly recommend this addition to your kitchen!

I’m obsessed with this sauté pan! It’s perfect for browning ground beef for tacos, or pasta. The first day I got it, I browned some ground beef, made a homemade marinara in it, put some cooked penne in it and mixed it all up. Sprinkle some fresh mozzarella on top and put it in the oven. All in the sauté pan I used to cook my meat. It’s easy to clean, huge, and great for many different dishes! I love my Calphalon cookware!

Attractive well made quality product. Great for one pot dishes. A “must” for our kitchen. Plus it also works equally well with radiant or induction cook tops. Cleans up great. It is a well-balanced pan. The heat is distributed correctly. They can go in and out of the oven or on the stove top. Works great on induction stove top. Bottom is large enough to work on front induction area. This was main reason for buying. Totally satisfied with product and so far has proven easy to clean. Although I know it is dishwasher safe, I prefer to hand wash since cleanup is so easy.

The Calphalon Premier Stainless Steel 5 Quart Sauté Pan is a work of art. Such a nicely designed piece of equipment. This thing is huge. You can easily fit 4 large chicken breasts in there, brown them on the stove, and then transfer the whole pan into the oven to finish cooking. It cooks/heats really well. It IS large though and takes up a lot of space…but it’s so prettty. As a foodie who enjoys cooking, I love it!

This Calphalon sauté pan is now my favorite, from the moment you take it out of the package you can feel how good quality and well made it is, is heavy and very sturdy, it has the perfect size for making huge meals, being oven safe makes it very versatile and when used correctly your food won’t stick at all ’cause this is very good pan, it spreads the heat and cooks everything evenly. I love how is super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. I have been using it a lot and I would say it’s a must have in your kitchen!
