I highly recommend this product for anyone who loves cooking or has a big family because you can fit so much into it. Its definitely nonstick and using metal utensils in it doesnt scratch it up. This pan is very high quality, and is great for cooking when you have a crowd. I have made tons of food in it including scrambled eggs, and hash browns. The skillet is heavy which is good because it makes the heat more even, and also makes it so the handle doesn’t get hot. The nonstick coating works very well I have not had an issue with foods sticking. The lid for it fits it perfectly, and is also very well made. This is my new favorite frying pan. Cleaning it is so easy, because nothing sticks.

Got this Calphalon Premier nonstick 13 inch deep skillet with glass lid. It is so huge and I honestly think you could use it not only for frying but as a wok. Its so well made and the food cooks well in it. Nothing sticks and cleans up great. I have used it several times since getting it and I am very happy with it only downfall is its so big trying to find a place to put it. I like how they made the handle its easy to hold and lift. Very pleased.

This is favorite pan from Calphalon! I like the size; wide bottom allows for a lot of cooking area. Because It is flat on the bottom, no curving, the food cooks evenly. Deep enough to keep my stove surface out of oil spots. Cooking with no oil, nothing sticks, and food gets crispy. It heats up quickly and retains heat. The only downside is the lid, it collects water condensation when left on the pan while cooking. I recommend this product.
