I have been looking for a new wok that was well balanced. I have had woks in the past that started off really nicely then after a few usage it would end up warping for some reason. Meals would not cook evenly. This wok so far has impressed me, not only with the heat distribution to cook the dish evenly but also the ease to stir frying much easier. As usual I always season my new pans to keep it being non stick and I also always use my wooden spacula to do my stir fries. Here’s just one dish that I had made in less than an hour. I can’t wait to use it for my noodle dishes. The weight of this wok is a lot lighter than my other woks in the past.

This wok exceeded my expectations when cooking. It was perfect for family size portion. The nonstick surface made it very easy to make my first stir fry. It handled high temperature very well. I had no problem washing it afterwards either.

This is the first wok I have ever owned and I absolutely love it! I cook a lot of Asian foods/stir fry meals so this is perfect for me. I can’t get over how large this pan is! It holds a lot of food. Perfect for a family of 4 or larger. It is non stick and easy to clean. I would not recommend using a harsh abrasive on this and it’s not needed. Nothing sticks to this pan. The only thing I wish it had was a cover for it but other than that, it is perfect.

I’ve finally been able to make real authentic “Chinese food” fried rice in this wok. The wok heats quickly and evenly and everything cooks so perfect. Everything is super easy to mix so it gets cooked evenly and any sauce I use coats everything. Clean up is a dream, no sticky mess.

I was surprised at how large it was when it had arrived. But it sure is a awesome wok. Very sturdy in design, doesn’t scratch easy which is a plus. Another bonus is how easy to clean it is. Large size gives you ability to cook with ease and with plenty of room. Food doesn’t stick to the plan either. I love this pan.

the heading was funny. Anyway, I received this a couple days ago so I had to go shopping to get stuff for stir fry. Its heavy to say the least. I’ve never used a wok before so didn’t realize the weight it would be. The bottom was small and fit perfectly on the burner. Heated quickly and didn’t get burns on the inside. Also non sticky. Clean up was a breeze. Very happy and will definitely recommend
