Great quality all-around pan. Cooks evenly and I have to use very little oil or cooking spray when using it. The 10″ is a good size, plus the sides come up high enough so it’s very versatile. Also very easy to clean since nothing sticks to it- not even melted cheese!

I got this Calphalon space saving hard anodized non-stick 10″ frying pan. It washes well and nothing sticks to it but when making grilled cheese it was unevenly cooking them so it took longer to finish cooking.
