Seems sturdily built but not too heavy. The pour spouts on the pots are very handy. They heat evenly and clean pretty easily.

We have been extremely pleased with these pots and pans! The handles on the lids/pans magically stay cool, the measurement markings inside are very handy, and the look cant be beat. Make sure you know to adjust the way you cook to match the pans. Also, Home Depot was the best value hands down!

Cooking with stainless steel is different from the non stick we have used in the past, but the overall quality is excellent. We love the lids with the strainers in them. Very convenient.

We like this set of pans so far. It does take some getting used to stainless steel vs. Teflon, but it is a good change. We were specifically looking for pans with the drain feature in the lid. These work whether your right or left handed which was a plus for us. If boiling potatoes, the pan is a little heavy when draining, but still doable. We have noticed that these pans cook hotter than our old set, so we are getting used to that. They take a bit more time to clean, as I want these to stay looking beautiful. After washing, I use BarKeepers Friend on the outside and inside bottom of the pan and then hand dry them. Only takes a minute or two extra, but worth it as they still look brand new. They are beautiful to look at and I love that I don’t have to worry about Teflon getting in my food. If something does stick to the bottom, the Barkeepers Friend removes it pretty easily. Overall I am happy with these pots and pans. I think they will last us for many years as the quality seems top notch.

We bought this set in March 2014. As explained it took a little experimenting to find the right heat setting for our stove. After that it’s been a pure joy preparing meals with this cookware. Cleaning is easy with the recommended non scratch pad and bar keepers friend which make the cookware like brand new everytime we use them. The spouts and measure indicators are additional pluses we have come appreciate over previously owned pots and pans. Used correctly food browns beautifully without sticking. This cookware has turned meal making into a hobby and is the last set we will ever never need to buy.

We own this set. We chose stainless over non stick as a personal preference. Handles stay cool, glass lids allow full viewing of food being prepared and don’t have to worry about scratching off the coating since it’s stainless! We use coconut oil (high heat) in all our cooking and our eggs slide out of these skillets. So happy we purchased this brand and style. Thank You!

I bought this set to replace Calphalon Unison Nonstick set cause I wanted to go back to stainless steel. I also wanted a set of pans that I could pour from and not run down the side and bottoms of the pans. I’ve only had these for about 45 days and haven’t used all of the pans. I like that most of the pans in the set have pour spouts. It’s nice that the lids have built-in strainers, but I would be fine without this function and this makes lids a little bulky (large). I’ve got to relearn how to use stainless steel, my eggs stuck to the pan the other day. The set over all is nice, I would have liked if the handles on the pans were a bit longer. Over all I’ll use this set hopefully for years.

Bought the 8 inch sauté pan last week, and cooking omelets and frying eggs has never been this much fun. I’ve become stingy with the product and restrict it’s use with me and me alone. Even washing it has become a labor of love, I have become hypnotized by it’s craftsmanship and it’s illustrious stainless steel finish. I will definitely add to this cookware in the near future, I believe it’s worth every penny.
