Calphalon Premier 8-QT multi pot with lid has become my absolute favorite for cooking most things on the stovetop. Want to steam veggies quickly and easily? This premier set comes with a steamer basket insert that works perfectly to steam any veggie. So easy to use! Want to boil pasta but not lift a heavy pot to the sink to drain the remaining water? I absolutely love the fact that I can lift the pasta insert from the pan and it drains right into the pot. It saves me the trouble of potentially spilling boiling water on myself or the floor by eliminating the need to carry a pot full of boiling water to the sink. I love the fact that you can use metal utensils with its nonstick surface. We try to eliminate the use of plastics in our house so this definitely makes us feel better while cooking. It’s also dishwasher safe! We love our Calphalon products!

The quality of this Calphalon multi-pot is amazing – I don’t think I’ve ever had any type of pan or pot that even comes close to this! I love the size and heft, and it heats and cleans so evenly and easily, plus the strainer & steamer inserts are great. I adore the stacking feature; this has really helped me with the limited space I currently have for pan storage, so I need to look into the other products in this line! Love it!

Omg this multi pot is amazing. I got the Calphalon Premier Nonstick 8-Qt. Multi Pot & Lid and I can’t stop using it. At my house I make pasta at least 4 times a week because my boys are obsessed with it. And this pot makes my life so much easier with the making and straining. Also I don’t just use it for pasta the other day I made rice soup and it was delicious and fast cooking. This pot is big and not so heavy as I expected and also very easy to clean afterwards. Nothing sticks. Absolutely obsessed over this pot. I’m a happy mom and my boys are happy as well because I can make them more pasta meal on a weekly basis. And the design is nice. Easy to pick up at the side handles. I love it.

I have always wanted one of these and never got it. I am so glad I finally decided to. This has made cooking pasta so much easy. I love the fact that I don’t have to dump everything into a strainer to get the water out of the pot. Not I can just remove the enter part then dump out the rest of the water. Makes things to much quicker and easier.

I have owned many cheaper sets of pots and pans. I have had handles break off, nonstick coating that scratches easy. That is nothing to worry about with Calphalon!! Hopefully when things settle down, I can afford to replace all my pots and pans with them! This set is top notch quality built to last a long time. The pot heats evenly and the handles are very sturdy! It has a steamer type insert and a strainer perfect for pasta! Calphalon premier Nonstick 8Qt Multi Pot and Lid has made me fall in love with cooking all over again. There are so many wonderful uses for this pot. Today was soup, tomorrow is another recipe waiting to be discovered! Thanks for making me excited to be in the kitchen again. It’s been difficult to find the energy to cook after working all day.

I have been using this quite often recently and I must say, I really find it to be a multi purpose pot. It steams, it drains, boils, and I have even put it in the oven to melt cheese and it performed great. I have used it to boil chicken while I also steam vegetables on top with the steaming basket as well as simply boiling and draining pasta and I really enjoy it. I love how functional this pot is and how many things that I can do with it and I love how it looks all together. It is a beautifully designed set. The only con I can mention is that for me, it is harder to wash simply because it is slightly heavy and bulky. I tend to have slight issues with washing it in my smaller sink. Other than that small fact, I really enjoy cooking with this and will continue to love it for a long time to come because of how sturdy and high quality it is. I recommend this if you enjoy multi purpose pots.

It also has a pasta insert, a steamer insert, and a lid. So I can boil my pasta while I steam my veggies all at the same time. This is such a great pan! I love that is nonstick, and I absolutely love that it is safe to use with metal utensils. It also pretty great that it’s dishwasher safe. It has been used several times and is holding up great. The handles do get a little hot, but no worse than other pans I have. The pasta inserts are super handy as well, and very easy to use. Love it!

This is a very nice 8 quart multi-pot. It includes a cover, a steamer insert and a pasta insert that can be neatly stored stacked inside each other and with other pieces from this collection to save space. The inserts are a helpful addition that save me time while cooking. With this pot I’m able to use metal utensils without worrying about scratching it up because of the 3 layers of nonstick. It’s very easy to clean too, nothing gets stuck to it. It cooks and heats evenly and is also oven safe up to 450°. It’s a beautiful and well designed piece of cookware.

The quality of this pot is amazing! Very heavy, which, depending on your preference, could be a good or bad thing but I like it heavier. The design is pretty good except I wish the strainer had a lip on it for easier draining. The clean up is a breeze too! Highly recommend!
