I have used many non-stick griddles but this one is the best. This is very sturdy and good quality. Plus it’s made out of hard anodized aluminium material and is non-stick as well.One thing I would like to say is could have been lighter. But overall perfect product which I was looking for. Love it!

I absolutely love this non stick pan. Calphalom 11” griddle on. I always cook 1 pancake at a time for pancake Sunday. It so frustrating cause I like to get things done quick. This pan is awesome. I can put up to 6 small dollar slapjacks and 4 medium. I heat it up nice an slowly and when it reaches temperature on medium-low I then pour in the pancake mix. The pancakes come out so golden. I do t need Too much butter at all. They don’t stick and flip easy. Perfection ever time. I highly recommend this griddle.

This griddle is perfect. It’s surface is large enough to cook two things at once (I went for pancakes and sausage this morning) and nothing sticks. I can fry eggs like a champ and not have to dread the clean up. It’s a nice weight, feels very high quality and premium and it’s quality tells me it’s going to remain my favorite for years to come. As a family who has breakfast for dinner at least once a week this griddle is going to get a work out! Calphalon really outdid themselves with the premier non-stick 11 inch square griddle. This pan is so nice it cooks so even. I’m so happy with it. I love the weight of the pan it doesn’t feel cheap. I have been looking for a nice square flat pan and I am so happy with this one I think I will be upgrading all my pans now… the even cooking is to die for… I want to cook everything on this pan now. I have yet to have anything stick its amazing.

I’m loving this griddle! It is a great size, square in shape, great quality, and great look! It cooks evenly and easy clean up! This griddle is well made, very sturdy. Not too heavy and not too light. Very versatile, we cooked some pancakes without oil and they just glide off! Decided to do some eggs as well. Doesn’t stick. Also, the handle doesn’t get hot. That’s a huge plus. Really like that there is even cooking distribution. It’s a nice looking pan and we will be using it often. Clean up is no problem, and I love that!

This griddle has become my new best friend in the kitchen. It’s great for just about anything you want to cook. Grilled cheese, pancakes, eggs and bacon etc. None of the foods I have cooked on this griddle have stuck to it. It can be used safely on any stove top and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. It’s big enough to fit more than one item at a time so you’re able to feed the family in one setting. The handle is easy to grip and doesn’t get hot while cooking and it has a loop hole at the top so it can easily be stored on a pot rack or wall mount. I would recommend the Calphalon nonstick griddle
