I have been using the Calphalon Premier stainless steel 10″ fry pan with an induction cooktop and electric oven. It has been a joy to use. It has a high quality feel, heats up quickly and cooks the food evenly. The handle stays cool when used on the cooktop. I have only washed the pan by hand, but love that this can be used in a dishwasher as well. The pan generally comes clean very easily with hot soapy water and minimal scrubbing. If there is any discoloration, I use barkeepers friend to bring the pan back to new looking. I have been extremely satified with this pan. Highly recommended.

I received my Calphalon 10 inch stainless steel fry pan. Its amazing so well made. The handle is well attached so no worrying about the handle coming loose. Burgers didnt stick and it was an easy to clean and love that i can put it in the oven.

The call Hakim premier stainless steal frying pan is amazing and a must to have in the kitchen! The size I got is a 10” inch because we are a large family and make big portions. I find it to be amazing because it cooks evenly and sautés all meats and veggies perfectly. It’s easy to clean afterwards. The best thing about this that I cooked my chicken with with sauce and wanted to have a golden baked top. I inserted the pan into the oven on 400 for 5 minutes. I would use it on the stovetop, in the oven, and place in dishwasher. Best pan I’ve owned!! I highly recommend it! It is also very good quality and will end up lasting us for a long time. We may get another one soon. This is also great for a gift because for years they will remember you as they use it in the kitchen.

This is a great pan! I’m notorious for burning my food and it getting stuck all over the pan. This one I don’t have to worry about that. It’s a very easy non stick clean up. It heats evenly and everything that I’ve made in it has been good.

So when it comes out of the box, it’s so shiny and prerty, i didn’t even want to cook with it!! It’s pretty heavy and solid. I put it to the test with cooking bacon, although it was turkey bacon so it wasn’t as bad, there’s obviously less grease and doesn’t really stick like normal bacon. This pan almost instantly turned black from cooking and I had it on level 5 so that made me a little worried about the clean up. The bacon didn’t stick which I wasn’t expecting anyways. It cooked evenly. The handle stayed cool the entire time cooking a whole package of bacon. After cooking the bacon, i let the pan cool, which that took a VERY LONG TIME. Then I soaked the pan a little with some Dawn soap and warm water, then wiped it with a sponge, I then had to really start scrubbing. There’s still marks from the bacon that didn’t come out. That’s why I put a 3 star.

We are going through the process of getting rid of all of our non-stick cookware, and looking for healthier/safer options for preparing meals. I was happy to find this pan from a trusted company in the food-prep industry that was professional looking but still had nice features for the novice cook. Specifically, I was concerned that the handle would get hot like other professional pans do, necessitating the need for handle coverings, but this handle stayed mercifully cool! Such a bonus because my kids love to cook with me and I don’t want them getting burned, and I also don’t want to discourage their participation due to handles that heat up. This was a nice, welcomed feature. Our food heated up evenly and cooked very well in this pan. This did not come with a lid, and the lids we already have were just a smidgen too small, or quite a bit larger, so I’ll have to get a lid for this eventually, but it’s a great pan and I’m so excited that it’s not a teflon, or similar, coated one.

I received the Calphalon Premier stainless steel 10in fry pan. I didn’t expect it to be so heavy for a pan but it just shows how durable it really is. I will say it is a beauty. Never knew cookware to be stylish. I was excited to use it! It cooked evenly and was super easy to wash. I needed a new pan and this one is perfect. I wouldn’t suggest using metal spoons to cook with. It’s my new go to pan! Can’t wait to get more.

This is the perfect size frying pan for everything. I’m able to use the pan on the stove and the oven. Clean up is easy too. While the pan is dishwasher safe, I prefer to handwash. Dry with a towel immediately to eliminate water spots.
