For me I always test out my fry pans by doing the egg test. The egg test is simply being able to cook 2 over medium eggs to perfection without having to use any utensil to flip them. This fry pan was amazing. Just a small amount of oil and it cooked those eggs to perfection and they easily slid around the pan. This pan has great heat distribution. The entire bottom cooks evenly and there are no hot spots. It is constructed beautifully. I am extremely happy with my new fry pan.

This 10 inch frying pan was just what I needed. It’s well made and sturdy. Its complement my other set of pots and pan , I love the quality it was very easy to clean afterward. I kinda burned the inside a little bit but not a big issue i was able to removed the stain. It does hold up well in the oven and takes up alot of space on the stove top. It take up alot of cabin space.

I ordered this online and was happily surprised at the heavy quality of this pan. We have used Calphalon pots and pans before that were non-stick but this one feels better than those did. It cleaned up really well too. Does not come with a lid.

This is my first stainless steel frying pan. It does a good job of being pretty non-stick. I have made various meats in it, and they all turned out delicious. My favorite part of this pan is that it cleans up so easily. You can either wash it by hand or put it in the dishwasher.

First thoughts is this frying is beautiful and well made! The handle doesn’t get hot and the pan had a good weight to it. It Cooks food evenly and quickly but when it comes to cleaning it’s a pain. I made something on medium heat and lightly greased the pan and it instantly stained it. I scrubbed it for a good twenty minutes and the discoloration wouldn’t come off.

I was excited to try out the calphalon fry pan because I have been shopping for new set for my kitchen. I liked that it can be used in multiple options such has stove, oven and grill. However I was not as happy after I used it a couple times. The handle gets pretty warm on the stove. Also it’s now stained after one time frying pork chops. I have used multiple cleaners for the stainless steel but its stained after on fry. Not to pleased about that.
