I have used these pans for about a week now. I have done egg, hamburg’s, sandwiches etc. Everything came out great, no sticking to the pan or burning. These were very easy to wash with very little effort. I was afraid the handles would get hot seeing that they were not plastic but to my surprise the handles stayed cool. Very pleased with this set.

I owned a set of Calphalon hard anodized pans for over twenty five years. The nonstick on the fry pans was coming off from using metal utensils occasionally, but over two decades. I’ve tried other non stick pans, stainless steel (farberware) and carbon steel (DeBuyer large chefs fry pan and BeBuyer blue carbon steel crepe pan) over the years. But nothing cooked as perfectly and evenly as my Calphalon pans. So I did research on non stick coatings, concerned about health, and learned that cooking over lower temperatures (like never turning the dial over half way up) was the secret to date cooking. Then I bought this pan set from Calphalon. They are simply the finest pans I have used. They fry perfectly, evenly, they make perfect crepes. They distribute heat better than any other pan I have used, even better than my original Calphalons, which is a very high standard. They wash up like a breeze (I never use a brush, just a micro fiber cloth), I only wash them by hand, (though they can be washed in the dishwasher…) and I only use nylon, plastic or wooden utensils (the Norpro spatula is also the greatest).I don’t know how they price them this low… But your cooking results will be much better with these super-even heating pans, and clean up so very easy. If you are after professional cooking results you cannot get a better heating surface than Calphalon anodized pans. The fact that they are so ready to clean just makes cooking more interesting stuff that much more inviting. Nothing sticks to these plans. Even crepes slide off like they were in ice skates!
