   I like to used OEM ink when ever possible. It usually costs a bit more but with b&h price it’s affordable. The same item at a local shop was more expensive EVEN WITH A $10 off coupon, and that includes the shipping with was nothing.. Amazing!!!

   This cannot so much be a review of the cartridges themselve; after all, they are Canon, fit the printer, and perform as they should. It is a grateful nod to B&H, however, which has in stock, as other local and regional providers do not, the required inks (Yellow & Green as well), send them expeditiously (as always). B&H has been a trusted source for all my photographic needs for years. Well done.

    B&H had a great price on these cartridges and got them to me very quickly . . . I would definitely order from them again. As far as my Canon MP830 printer is concerned, it gets the job done but I am disappointed with the color output, I get quite a bit of banding and poor color quality on plain inkjet paper even though I have run the alignment utility. The blacks are okay when copying a document but, when I print from the computer, they are kind of washed out. I might look into an Epson next time around.

    For the best results, I find proprietary ink tanks to be the most consistent and dependable. I have tried compatible inks and in refilling solutions, but I always come back to proprietary ink tanks. Overall, B&H make purchasing these more expensive ink tanks much more palatable, with their pricing …

    I use a Canon Pixma 9000 printer, Canon paper and get great results with Canon ink. For me, it is not worth trying cheaper non-branded ink cartridges.

    I go through my ink pretty quickly, as I’m in a college photography course and print my photos from my own printer. The class is always really impressed with the quality and every critique, without fail, they ask me where I had them printed. I do often have to print them a couple times with color adjustments to get them right, but I think that is partly due to the printer/computer calibration and not being able to judge color levels too well!
