   The CLI series of ink is good for portrait printing on my Pro 9000 printer; the volume is small, but for the average user this should be okay!

   Have been using Canon’s CLI-8 ink cartdridges on my Pro9000 Mark II for about 3 years now, and I’m extremely happy with the consistency of my prints. I build my own printer profiles for different types of papers and canvases so consistency of the ink is very important. I’m using profiles I’ve built 2 years ago and haven’t seen anything off so far.The longetivity of the ink is great as well, some of the prints that I keep hanging on my wall are older than 2 years now and can’t see any difference compared to the first day they were printed…These inks are relatively expensive compared to those 3rd party manufacturers’s, however there is no comprimize on quality with Canon cartdridges. Plus, B&H Photo Video had very good pricing on this multi-pack which was hard to beat.I have no hesitation on recommending these….

   The ink is excellent but I have to give it 4 rather than 5 stars because,in my Pro 9000 the ink is used to flush before each use if there is a day or more between printings. When the flushing is less frequent, of course the ink usage is much more frugal. This is not an inconsequential occurrence since the ink is rather pricey for the very small tanks offered.

   The quality photos produced with my Pixma pro 9000 is superb. I print high quality photos taken with my Canon6D at up to 19/13. Only problem is how crazy expensive it ink is.

    I’m not ink expert, but this ink does the job for my printer and what I use it for…mostly flyers and advertisment for my business. I think it gets used up pretty fast though.

    I print photos on a Canon Pixma 9000 printer. My black cartridge lasts pretty long, but when it runs low, I will buy this 4-pack to get a slightly better price on these expensive ink cartridges.

    I haven’t found a place with such a great selection and best price. Keep up the great work! I try to stay ahead with extra cartridges and usually only buy 8 packs but seem I am using more Photo Magenta.

    Canon inks for the Pixma 5200 are just what I need. The CLI-78BK works well and lasts a long time. Since I bought a photo printer, I just use the Canon for text, so the black inks are really important, and they do the job well.

    Puts out some really great pics but like any printer it eats ink.
