   The CLI series of ink is good for portrait printing on my Pro 9000 printer; the volume is small, but for the average user this should be okay!

   I use a Canon Pixma 9000 printer, Canon paper and get great results with Canon ink. For me, it is not worth trying cheaper non-branded ink cartridges.

   I have a professional photo printer and these ink cartridges are very good. Obviously I wish they lasted a little longer and cost a bit less, but they perform the job very well.

   I have continued to use Canon brand ink in my MP830 printer well past the warrenty on the printer. The printer os over 6 years old now and has never missed a beat. I would not use any generic brands or refills. B&H has continued to have one of least expensive prices for this ink and I really appreciate theri service.

   It just works as described. The bundle provides the three colors that the printer uses the most, actually saved a little bit based on my comparison with other vendors. This is the best option to me in my situation. There are some thoughts I wish to share here. Before you put this new cartridge in, make sure your old ink are all out. The definition of all out was not based on the warning from the printer saying that you got ink out, it is actually based on your judgement after the error message launched – usually when the warning set off, you still have some ink in the cartridge and that may last for one or more 13×19 prints. Just my 2 cents.

    Ihave tried other inks for my printer just to save money. The results were not worth the little I saved. The photos faded quickly and the colors were not as bright and clear as the with the Canon ink. This is the way to go if you’re fussy about the way your prints look.

    I have bought this ink for the last few years for my Canon printer. I have never had a problem with the ink cartridges, the color is beautiful in print. The price is high, but worth the quality.
