   Customer service is part of the product you pay for when purchasing an item. I like the fact that this item will be taken care very quickly if something is wrong by people who don’t just pass the buck, or ignore your complaint. Iv’e worked in retail for over ten years and bought from the internet longer. For the money on the average this is the best price your gonna get. Good job to the folks at B&H. Oh yea, the Canon CLI-8PC ink is great but I wish it came in a 4 pack with the CLI-8PM, CLI-8Y,and CLI-8BK to bring down the price a little for the inks that get used up the quickest.

   B&H never sends out-of-shelf-life or close to out-of-shelf-life cartridges. I have ruined printers in the past by using generic or old ink cartridges. My Pro9000 prints so beautifully I don’t want to ruin it by using questionable ink. B&H is my go-to ink supplier.

   I use the product mostly for documents and less frequently for jpeg photo files. Photo quality for black very good and mimics the camera (Nikon D80)when I snap in JPEG. Long lasting, too. I wouldn’t use the ink (or the printer, for that matter) on TIFF or RAW files with a RGB color scheme. But for JPEG and Srgb – just fine. Good product

   To get good color balance, I end up using more yellow than other colors in my Pro 9000 MII. Color accuracy and intensity are good and the printhead doesn’t clog with infrequent use.

    Very good OEM ink cartridges. B&H’s price is as good as you can find, However, it is very expensive because the cartridges, especially the Photo magenta and photo cyan don’t last long, at least in my canon pro 9000 MK II printer. Canon should include the PC and PM cartridges in atleast one of their value pack deals!
