Increase personal productivity with the Wi-Fi enabled MAXIFY MB2720 Wireless Home Office All-In-One Inkjet Printer from Canon. Capable of printing, scanning, copying, and faxing, the printer is fast with print speeds of 24 ipm in black or 15.5 ipm in color, as well as automatic duplexing. Prints are produced at a resolution of 1200 x 600 dpi. Scans can be handled through either the 8.5 x 11″ flatbed or the 50-sheet automatic document feeder at a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi.
General media handling is done through the two 250-sheet input trays, capable of holding 500 sheets of paper up to 8.5 x 14″ in size. Also, the MB2720 features a monthly duty cycle of 20,000 pages. The printer utilizes a four-color pigmented ink system for smudge- and highlighter-resistant prints. Additionally, it has USB 2.0, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connectivity options.

Lots of solid features and excellent color printing make this our best device in the home office! As an IT guy I’m comfortable with the interface for setup and config, so it was up and printing within 20 minutes out of the box! B&H delivered it on time right to my door. We print over the wifi, but I always keep a usb printer cable ready just in cast the network goes wonky…so far we haven’t needed it. I’d suggest that a non-technical new owner call the support line to Canon to get help wit the initial setup. But after installing the mobile app it’s a simple job to print from my iPad or phone, and the printing is crisp and sharp. The paper feeder did a smooth job of scanning 10 pages to convert to pdf, and copying is pretty simple usin the touch screen. We are very impressed with our new printer!

This is a disaster so far. In doing the install for the first time, a B504 error message cannot be cleared. That message has to do with the ink not being recognized. Was waiting for CS for more than 20 minutes, which is not that bad. Cole the CS rep wants to send me a new one. RMA department wants a receipt. Just sent that to them.
