Great photo printer . Slow but great results. Keep extra Grey ink cartridge on hand because it empties first!!

Great Value for beautiful ink

I like to buy replacement ink for my Pixma Pro9500 MarkII as a 10-ink kit. That way I have replacements ready as I need them. If I find I am going through one or more colors faster than the other, I will order them individually with the kit order…again, to insure I always have replacements on hand. Cons:

This is my standard go-to when I purchase ink for my Canon Pro9500 Mark II printer. The package price is a good savings over the individual ink cartridges.

Best pigment for printing
Ada Fadel (verified owner) –
Expensive but worth the added expense. Fortunately, B&H prices matched with free shipping makes it affordable.
Orie Fisher (verified owner) –
A much more affordable way to buy ink. Prints a very high quality image.

Best place to get my photography supplies. Easy to order, very quick delivery

A good print requires good ink. Canon LUCIA ink delivers.

I use this ink in my Canon 9500 Pro Mark II printer for photos. I won’t use any other ink

I recently scanned B&W negatives from forty years ago. I decide to do bulk printing on Canon Matte paper instead of fine art paper. (Several hundred 13 x 19′ prints were made on my Pro9500.) I kept informal track of the number of prints between cartridge replacements: informal results are between 8 and 15 prints per cartridge. Do the math and note that A3+ B&W wasn’t very expensive. Besides this ink and other gray/blacks there were some replacements of color cartridges. I wonder what Canon’s ink map to gray scale looks like!

This is the only cartridge I use for my 9500

Produces great photos on my 9500 mark II
Efren Schoen (verified owner) –
Great product, saves money by buying all 10 together. I print only photos and the cartridges last a long time.

Canon has great ink and this is the cheapest reliable place ive found to buy it. made the mistake of trying third party brand ink to cut costs and will never make that mistake again, sent it right back and ordered more Canon ink.

This is used in my Canon9500 Mk II printer and I have to say, the LUCIA inks are superb! Flawless reproductions and I’ve never had one clog or be off color. I have had several photos on various shows and have taken several categories and received excellent comments about the vividness of the images. Thank you Lucia! The only drawback is the volume of the inks could be greater. The cartridges are not big and don’t have a lot of volume, so if you are printing B&Ws a lot, you must have backups of the BLK and GRY colors. My next printer will be 24 or larger using the same Lucia inks – they really ARE great!

The shelf price for individual cartridges for the Pro 9500 Mk II in Australia is roughly $ AU. That means I would have to pay $ AU to buy a complete set.To date I have not seen the cartridge kit on offer in Australia so being able to purchase this at a third of the price I would locally it is fantastic value even when I factor in the cost of postage. The inks themselves produce stunning images. The colours are deep and rich and surpass anything I seen previously. My previous printer was a Canon PIXMA IP 8500, which I still have and am very happy with. However comparing the same image printed from either printer it is obvious to anyone that views which has been printed on the 9500 using Lucia ink. When comparing images printed at the local camera store with those done on the 9500 using the Canon Lucia ink the difference is marked, again in favour of Canon. It is difficult at this stage to say whether or not the images will hold there tone and colour over time. I’m hoping that by using Canon paper and storing them appropriately this will not be a problem.I would thoroughly recommend both the 9500 Mk II and the Lucia Ink Value pack.

We use the 9500 printer to produce high quality photos for our Clients. The color is great. Problem is, the ink supply is not sufficient. It seems that we’re always ordering another set of 10 ink cartridges at $… Really expensive.

Will be producing my own prints. Shopped around for the best price.
