I don’t have much experience with printing or printing paper but so far, I really love the look of this paper. In conjunction with the canon pixma pro-100, the prints come out vibrant and fine. They have a shimmer that really stands out at an angled light, but it is not over-bearing.

So far, I’ve been very pleased with the results that I’m getting while using this paper. I shoot mainly wildlife, and the details in bird’s feathers or an animal’s fur have been better than I had hoped. The few landscape images that I’ve printed have also been very good. However, I have nothing to compare this paper to, since it’s the only one that I’ve used so far. There may be other papers that will be better for some landscape images, but I’m very happy with the prints that I’ve made with this paper so far.

Got this paper as part of a Canon rebate program. Made three prints so far. 2 were great, the other one I had put the paper in backwards due to a incorrect icon on the canon pro-100 printer. I like the semi-gloss finish, might even be my favorite since it doesn’t have much glare yet doesn’t look flat.

f you’re not too fussy about surface finish (because the Canon finish is still pretty good), the profile from the Canon site are very good on my 9000II dye printer. Tonality is also very good with shadow detail without color contamination. I didn’t even have to make a series of test prints but just loaded out of the box, installed the profile and ran a tabloid print that is a keeper. I’m a happy camper.
