I’ll be honest and start by saying that we like this paper when used with the canon printer we bought from B&H. I think in some reviews the Luster paper was highly recommended and we have yet to try that, so frankly there may be better paper options out there than this Semi-Gloss but so far, the prints we’ve gotten with it have been very good. Color, contrast, and details all appear to be just fine and really there’s not much to complain about. I think like many things, if you can test out different types of paper and find what you like the best, that’s probably a good idea, but this paper should work well for many people.

Paper came as part of my purchase of the Pixma Pro 100 and though I never thought I would use it, it came in handy immediately. Glad to have received it and glossy finish is great for the color photos

Great paper for large prints. Not every day printing but the semi gloss makes the larger print easier to view.

Love this for several reasons: 1. It’s pre-cut to 8×10 2. Flat out accurate colors 3. Great price at B&H

I love to print my photos & Canon Paper Plus semi-gloss is the best!! Beautiful results, professional look.

That gives you large awesome prints on the Canon Pixma PRO-100. Much bigger and awesome print quality than I though or ever did at home. This paper being semi gloss is a good all purpose. I have been very happy with it for all types of photos like night cityscapes, landscapes, black & white etc. I find the rendition beautiful and the ink seems to dry pretty fast. I tested a cheap paper instead and it clearly is more muddy, yellowish and not as sharp. Granted you need a side by side comparison to see the difference, but it;s good to know you push your images to the best they can be.

This paper came with a new Canon Pixma PRO-100. I like the results I get a lot. I’m fairly new to serious printing, and believe I will improve with practice, but even the initial results are very good compared to previous efforts, especially black and white. Paper finish is semi-glosss and exactly as I expected – half-way between glossy and matte. I think it is a very good balance between reducing glare and still providing detail and contrast. The only reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the paper is fairly thin and therefore must be handled carefully to avoid accidental creases. I have had prints made with thicker paper and prefer it for ease of handling, but considering the cost this is a very good paper indeed.

This paper works well with good image quality. I will be using it to enter photos in a contest.
