Share physical prints of all your latest memories with the portable black SELPHY CP1300 Compact Photo Printer from Canon. This Battery Bundle comes with a battery so that you can easily take the printer along with you to events or gatherings. Using dye sublimation technology, you can quickly and easily produce vivid and sharp photographs with a resolution of 300 x 300 dpi. Also, the Wi-Fi-enabled CP1300 is quite versatile, as it is able to work with a variety of media, including 2.1 x 2.1″ stickers and 4 x 6″ postcards. It’s fast as well, with the printer able to create a 4 x 6″ photo in just 47 seconds, getting your prints ready to share in no time at all.
For ease of use, the CP1300 is equipped with a large 3.2″ tilting LCD screen which can be used to check settings, apply effects, and preview images before printing. It also provides access to direct printing from the USB host port and SD card slot. For wireless operation, the printer has multiple options for connectivity, including through a Wi-Fi network, Apple AirPrint, the Canon PRINT mobile app, and wireless PictBridge. There are even new functions, such as Party Shuffle Print, which allows multiple people to connect to the printer at once to create unique collages. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 for a wired connection to a computer and runs on either AC power or on the included battery pack.

No matter how much I trim the photo, it always crops out the sides, or as others have said, prints outside the edges. Color is great and photos look professional with little sign of wear. Just make sure the person taking the photo leaves plenty of room on the edges or it will get cut off in printing. Also got struck by the paper jam error, if I can’t get it fixed I’ll probably go with a different brand.

I ordered this photo printer because I was tired of sending my photos to my local drug store to get printed. The quality of the photos where “HORRIBLE”. I did some research online and I decided to buy the Canon SELPHY CP1300 Compact Photo Printer (Black) with B&H store which has the lowest price. The ordering was easy and simple the delivery too and the set up was a piece of cake. Just read the instructions before printing the photos and that is it. The printer also came with some sample ink cartridge and paper to print out the photos. I won’t even lie I was shocked at how easy was printing from home and the quality of the photo was A+. No joke I would definitely recommend this to any one that needs one. It’s worth every penny that I spent for it.

The printer is everything I expected and uses the same paper and cartridges as the CP910. I’m very happy with this purchase and I’ll be looking at B&H first for future purchases.

If you buy this don’t judge it by the sample ink and paper it comes with, the photos came out with a blue tint. After installing fresh paper and ink the photos are excellent. I would recommend for anyone that needs to print 4×6 prints fast

Im very impressed with the photo quality of this compact printer. I used it at a local daddy-daughter dance and the photos were very nice. The only downside is that it is fairly slow, since the photo paper has to go in and out four times before its completed.

You aren’t going to print a lot of pictures all at once with this printer, however; it does serve a good purpose for printing the occasional pic for your board or sharing with family. Cost & time to print would prohibit that. I upgraded from the CP-800 printer which lasted several years. With a new laptop, Canon doesn’t support Win 10 64 bit, so I could only print from the SD Card. Easy set-up for IOS & wireless printing.

The Canon Selphy CP1300 is amazing. I received this product for free in exchange of a review. I was quite impressed that I could make great quality photos in the comfort of my home. It was really easy to setup, understand how the printer works, and start printing in a few minutes. The setup: all the contents in the box was easy to setup. Please make sure to read the instructions as you set up. It’s nothing too complicated. You hook it up to the power cord and the photo cartridge is easy to attach to the printer itself (this is where you put your photo paper). You also need to put the ink inside the printer. It goes through on the side of the printer. After you turn it on, you set up your wifi (follow the instructions). Super easy. After that, download the Canon printing app on your phone. I downloaded on my iPhone really easily by searching “Canon Selphy Printer”. The app requires you to connect to the same wifi as the printer and the app simply searches and finds the printer. Printing: you can choose any photos from your smartphone photo album. Once selected, it prints! This is the best part. It prints the photo and takes it back into the printer 3-4 times. Each time it goes back in, it adds a different color. Eventually, it applies all the color needed to give you a perfect picture with accurate colors. Result: the printing quality is remarkable. The ink is dry by the time it comes out and is ready to put into the photo album. It takes approx 30 seconds for one picture to print. The process of printing is fun to watch and enjoyable to share with family. Everyone thought this printer was pretty awesome and gave me great feedback. Impression: although most people like to store their photos on their phone or on the cloud, there are pictures that are worthy of being printed and put into an album for the future so you can look back to this day and relive those moments. It’s secure from being deleted accidentally on your device or if your device ever gets lost/stolen. You can even make a scrapbook with these pictures as well! The printer itself is high quality, durable, and functional. The buttons work accurately and the LCD screen is colorful. Downside: However, I can assume that the ink cartridge and the photo paper can be costly. Most people nowadays don’t print photos but prefer to store them on their devices or the cloud because they simply have too many. It’s relatively cheap to print photos nowadays. They cost like 5 cents-10 cents a picture at your local pharmacy or an online site like shutterfly. Improvements: simply make the instruction book more fun to read. We’re not in the 90’s anymore. Nobody wants to read a generic black/white instruction book. Make a simple colorful, fun looking, easy to read brochure on setting it up. Also, I prefer the screen to be a touch screen. I hate using the arrow buttons to constantly move back and forth to simply enter my password for the wifi.

If all you want are clean 4×6 prints this will do it. I ran 60 plus prints through it and everyone came out perfect. The paper and ink ran out at the same time every time. It connected to my home network easily and seem to stay connected.

Bought this to make photos of animals available for adoption at a local Humane society where I volunteer. I use the Canon Selphy print up software on my Android phone and print up to 4 individual pictures on a single 4×6 inch postcard size photo sheet. Colors are clear and vibrant. Printing is fast, under a minute for a 4 picture sheet. At home I use my network, but having the optional battery I take the Selphy to the shelter and use the Selphy built in wireless network access point which connects to my cellphone with ease every time. Once you set it up it remembers the settings even after all power is removed from the printer (battery and power cord unattached). I would highly recommend the product.
