The PGI inks for the Pro 9500 are great inks. However, and this is not the fault of the ink, but the printer, the cartridges are too small. I go through them like crazy if I am printing in any quantities. The ink, though is great!

I print on my 9500 exclusively. While these inks are pricey, the quality is outstanding

What suprised me in using the Canon 9500 printer is how often one is running out of the Gray Ink! My prints are very good so that makes it worth the price.

I use the Lucia inks for pro-grade printing of my photography, both digital captures and films scans. Paired with the Canon PIXMA Pro9500 MkII they produce gorgeous images. I just wish the tanks were bigger. B&H gives a nice drop on the price when purchasing the 10-Pack.

This ink – the original Canon Lucia Pigment Ink, is for my Canon 9500 (works in Mk II, also). Fantastic product, expensive by comparison to dye inks, but well worth the price. One cannot come close to comparing the results (prints) with those that come off 4 to 8 color machines.

I own a Canon Pro9500 MarkII printer and these are the ink cartridges needed to use my printer. I would not buy anything other than genuine Canon products – they are fail-safe. The Canon name alone stands for quality and reliability – making products you can depend on and trust for professional results!!! B & H Photo sells if for a great price – not to be beaten!!!!

if you are looking to get this ink for you pro9500 mark II, B&H sell them at the lowest price, i cross checked few site and b&h add up to be lowest. they do run out fast tho, i did 4 print with full black on the background, my pgi-9 gray went empty. so be sure to stock them or else you will have to wait couple days to get it, staples dont sell it in store, and they have a 100% markup from b&H. the print come out really nice with these ink, no complain, just wish the ink is a little bigger and cheaper.

Seems like it took a while for the cartridge fixture to move to the service location. My suggestion leave go get some coffee, leave it alone for about 5 minutes. Once it was in the service position it was easy. Just followed the instructions and it went right in. Every print has been fantastic. Have not had one yet, that was messed up for any reason!

I print mostly portraiture, and the color tones are great.

I’m a amateur heavy user with both the 9500 and 9500 MK II machines. I print both color and scans of previously made black and white siver gelatin prints. These prints are made on 13×19 and 11×17 papers…….both Canon and Ilford. The quality of the prints are really quite good…..colors are accurate and the blacks are black on the B/W scans. The downside of these printers is that they are heavy users of inks that are expensive……but they do give you excellent results that hopefully will live up to their claim of longevity. The printers themselves have operated flawlessly.

I use this product for Cannon printer. Only complain I have that the price is gone up since last time (end of last year) I purchased the product.

This pigment ink tank is for my Canon Pixma Pro 9500 Mark II. Pigment ink is important for my photographs. Using the printer manufacturer’s Canon Lucia PGI in tanks is important to keep my printer running without problems. I would never use a generic ink tank in my printer or for my photos.

canon inks are really 1st rate. The 10 cartridge set is great to keep stocked-up on all colors while buying black cartridges individually. These sets are not easy to find.
Cora Herzog (verified owner) –
This is apparently my printers favorite color. I go through more of this than any other.
Baron Goyette (verified owner) –
One of 10 colors used in the printer. Color is true
Guiseppe McDermott (verified owner) –
Easy and clean to replace cartridges.

Great product, saves money by buying all 10 together. I print only photos and the cartridges last a long time.
