Using a brand-new Canon PIXMA 100 dye printer. Canon paper was half-price. I purchased 20 sheets of Pro Platinum. Nice quality at terrific price. Then tried Epson Premium Photo Paper GLOSSY. Epson blew Canon away because of terrific deep gloss. I prefer Epson at full price to Canon at half price.

The best inkjet photo paper I have ever used.

Very nice paper. When used with my pixma 9000mkii and Pro-1, the images are clear, uniform and vivid. Professional results. Must have.

Excellent paper, show quality prints. Skin tones were a little on the red side, but after calibrating my monitor with the Spider Elite calibration kit everything is now perfect!

I started a big home project: select, print, frame, and hang 100 photos. Did some on Kodak Premium paper, then the Pro Platinum. Wow. The finish is great, and the colors are sooo vibrant! Great paper.

You might think of the Pro Platinum as an upgrade to the regular Plus Glossy. The Platinum can accept more density before shadows close up, for great saturated colors, and the base is actually slight less bright than Plus, allowing nice open highlights without the paper base burning through. The high gloss keeps those midtones and shadows open, and lets all of the sharpness of your print shine through. The biggest advantage may be that it isn’t prone to color shift out of the printer Plus Glossy and Semi-gloss have a distinct pink-magenta haze when wet and need significant dry-down time before you can judge the color of your print; the Platinum is accurate right off the printer and doesn’t shift color on dry-down. The ICC profile Canon supplies with their software works well. Pro Platinum might be the best and easiest paper to use in your Pro-1/9500/9000 for exhibit-quality prints.

At last a fabulous paper that brings out the rich colors of the new digital cameras. Fabulously vibrant and rich in detail. Won’t turn back now….

Pick up a pack of 4×6 to save yourself some money on test prints. I have begun to do this for every different paper I buy. This paper is an excellent quality paper, about the best you can get for glossy prints and pairs perfectly with Canon Pixma Pro 9000.

I have a canon printer, MP600 that is a few years old. I am so please to have found this paper. I have been trying to find photo paper with this quality along with good pricing for years. I can not buy my favorite anymore so that is why I was trying to find a replacement and did not have any luck until I tried this and truthfully I like this even better than the one I have been trying to replace! The colors print out sharp, bright, and true to color, and I finally have paper that prints as good as my photo looks on HD. I came back and bought four more packages as I don’t want to run out. I also like the weight of the paper. It is the best one I have used. The reviews helped me decide and this is the first rating I have done, I like it that much. I do color photos of nature and scenic mostly and sell some of my shots at a local gallery. I have no con’s. I am adding some of my images and the printing comes out just the same, with all the colors bright and beautiful as they are meant to be. I highly recommend this product.

I’m a photography student and I use this paper for my printing assignments as well as my personal work. For the price it’s some of the best paper I’ve ever used.

I bought this with my first ink jet printer a canon pixma pro9000 mk II. I’ve only made a few prints with it and they look great. The surface is glossy, not super glossy but glossy. I bought it mainly because it says if you use this paper and the chromalife100 inks it has a longer archival life. If you need a glossy paper that is pretty close in final to what a traditional C-41 chemical print, this fits the description. It does seem thinner than photo paper, but more rigid.

This is the brightest white glossy paper I have used. Colors and contrast are great.

not a fine art paper, but it’s the most economical glossy photo paper I’ve found… and I’ve gotten excellent results on it from my Canon Pro-1 printer

Don’t you hate it when the most expensive product actually is the best product? Granted, you might not want Super Gloss finish. But you would if you saw the product this paper gives you. I do not know how Canon’s labs ‘hold back’ something on cheap paper and then let it all hang out with this Pro Platinum, but they do it somehow. Jaw-Dropping is the only way to describe the effect. I mean, I know I can take a great photo. I have proven that time after time, lol. But when a print comes out of my cheap little printer and makes my eyes pop out, I am impressed. They say that it is good on a ‘good’ printer, and I bet it is. But it all I can relate to you is what it does on a Pixma iX6520. I sell prints for a side line, and I am already up against it with my little cheap printer. But people gladly pull out the money for a print made with this paper. Don’t wast a great photo on a 33 cent piece of paper. Just DON’T do it.
