It’s a good paper in high gloss. The specs are v good. The B&W output is completely full toned, & toward the purple/cold side, hence the Platinum designation. The profile works well, no complaints especially at the cost

printed on the pro and plus glossy II. Could not tell the difference (maybe a little), at twice the price (and little packages of 10) not worth it too me. With a disclaimer, if there is something special you wanted to print, this is top of the line paper.

I soft proofed a picture using PS CS4 and found that Pro Platinum would give me the best results with very little additional PS work. I bought the paper and it gave me a great print the first time (Canon Pixma Pro 9000). I will definitely buy more of this paper!

This is a great product for making high-quality prints of your everyday pics. It’s the perfect size for desk frames, but I also use the small size for making test prints to make sure the colors are accurate before going to larger size prints to preserve ink.

I’ve used the Canon papers for years with no issues and love the print quality, especially with the Canon printers. However, just ordered four packages of this paper (in the red packaging) and it will not feed thru my Canon Pro9500 Mark II or my Canon Pixma Pro-100. Not one single successful feed! When I use my older package of this paper, in the black packaging, no issues what so ever. The old paper has the word Canon on the back of the paper. The new version does not. Bad batch maybe?

I use this paper for my PIXMA 9500 II, and the prints I get are excellent (for both B&W and Colour). I don’t use it too often, considering how much ink an A3+ paper consumes. But whenever I do use it I am not disappointed….

This paper is really beautiful. I am a graphic designer and my work is very stylistic and uses a lot of black. Though I had decided to try this paper I still was bit fearful that the shine would be too much for my style of work and end up giving it a garish tilt. I was so wrong, this paper is amazingly beautiful to print on. Yes it is glossy, but the gloss is rather rich and the paper ends up looking more varnished that glossed. There is a subtle difference in there somewhere. You definitely should wear gloves when handling this paper. I heartily recommend it.

This is the best photo paper I’ve used. The prints I made with a Pixma 9000MkII on this paper look amazing. rich in color and sharp in details Much better than the ones I ordered from online or local drug store. I made some of my scenery photos with this paper and give them to my friends. They loved it. I can’t say much about durability because I’ve just used it for a couple of months.
