This product combined with the Canon Pro-100 works wonders. The colors are crisp and the contrast is superb. It is easy to use since there are ICC profiles you can retrieve from Canon that are matched to the paper perfectly. Printed several things and the print is just about the same as the original on the computer screen. Very good weight for this paper as well. The feel of it is substantial! I would recommend this for those special prints but you may like it so much you’ll use it for everything!

I like the photos printed on this paper. The paper is heavy stock and photos are sharp and brilliant. I have other paper that I will be using on non-significant projects but once that is used up I plan using the Pro Platinum exclusively for all of my printing.

Without any doubts, Pro Platinum Photo Paper by Canon is the best quality item in the market. The packaging (which you face at the first time) itself is extremely luxurious and professional. The thickness of a paper is very satisfying that it almost feels like a good-old-film-based picture. The glossy coat on the surface is also stunning and the most importantly, the overall result after printing was outstanding. No matter what, this is the best photo paper for your choice especially you have Canon printer.

I use this paper exclusively when customers want a print. It is a nice weight, and the photos are beautiful when printed on my Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II. It’s expensive but the output and the quality of the paper can’t be beat, at least according to my experience. I get excellent reproduction with my Canon 8000 printer, which is on the high end. the glossiness isn’t excessive. The thickness of the paper makes for a photograph that is better quality than just about any third party printing service out there. I got a great price at B&H for this – it was 50% more elsewhere. Hence, I stocked up.

Brilliant results using my pro-100. I printed a 42mp image and the 3 dimensional detail is amazing. Its a print that i can look into, not at. As expected its high gloss and shows reflections really well but otherwise its a great product

Excellent range of colors displayed via this paper and accompanying canon printer/inks. Have made 13 x19 inch prints for my own home as well as others and all have been extremely satisfied. One nice thing is that what you see straight out of the printer is pretty much what you get once the photo has fully dried and cured. Not much difference at all. The photo is pure lab quality and then some. You can not tell at any angle that it was printed on an inkjet printer. No multi levels of ink going from paper white to the darkest darks. Smooth as glass and just the right amount of gloss even displayed under cheap glass. (not non-glare). Not the cheapest gloss paper, but worth it.
