I have a Canon Printer which I am deeply in love with–especially after I just junked my HP printer. therefore the paper is a repeat item for me and I love Canon.

I got really good results using this paper in my Epson Stylus 1400

I use this on my Epson 3880 and after fumbling a bit with profiles I finally managed to get great prints with it.

A strong, durable paper. I used this paper to create large images for a permanent photo display at a local clinic. A great value, colors were rich and vibrant

Great Paper

Love the quality, more accurate color, I could definitely tell a difference. I may even consider the larger print sizes in the future. Works great with the Pro-10

I couldn’t believe the difference of this quality paper versus a cheap Avery product. The Canon photo paper looks beautiful and took the color from my printer perfect. I’ll never use another brand.

4 X 6 is a very convenient print size for greeting cards, test print images, samples, etc. I’ve never had a print I was unhappy with that wasn’t my own fault when using this Canon Pro Platinum Photo Paper. I’ve also printed photos onlarger sizes of Pro Platinum Paper and been pleased. As far as I’m concerned you can’t go wrong with it.

I have tried this paper on my entry level Canon MG8228 (or some number like that) and was pleased with color, depth, texture, and the paper itself (weight etc.). Next I’ll try on the Canon PRO-100 which is on its way and which should also yield very good results, and I’m looking forward to try in particular portrait, macro shots, black & white (for black and white the MG I have looks reddish).

I tried this paper after seeing the improvement it made in a friend’s photographs. I was not disappointed. It displays my work excellently!

I have been using this paper on my Canon ip8720 for about 3 years and have been very happy. Recently, I started a quest for something different and, hopefully, even better. One conclusion of my endless tests is that this paper is simply outstanding in terms of color gamut and accuracy, as well as extreme detail. For the price, it is unmatched. I did find a couple of semi-gloss papers that are equal or superior (primarily because they are less glossy and give a more 3D impression), but they cost a lot more. These include Canson Platine Fibre Rag, Canson Baryta Prestige and (best of all) Hahnemuhle Fine Art Baryta Satin. I will add some of these to my printing arsenal but I am not letting go of Pro Platinum.

Extremely good paper. Has a very good look. GREAT on the Pixma Pro9000 – the Pixma PRO9500 shows some bronzing. The paper is supposed to have up to 200 years life when used with the Canon inks (not that I will know). I HIGHLY recommend you calibrate your monitor AND printer to get the best results.

very professional results using a canon printer-the photo was actually framed.

This is a great paper! It feels good in the hand when giving prints to a customer. You can see them feel the weight and know they are getting quality! Paper, using the Canon inks, does not seem to fade at all. I have several prints in sunny locations and they still look as good as they did when they were framed.

Canon top of the line pro paper

This is by far the best paper I have tried for my Canon ProPixma 9000 printer. The colors are richer and the detail is better than the lighter weight papers. I use the 4×6 for test prints and when I print on the larger sized Pro Platinum papers, I get exactly the same level of contrast and color as on the small print. Its the only paper I use now.
Elenor Becker (verified owner) –
Canon Pro Platinum feels substantial and makes very bright, sharp prints. The large sheets handle beautifully in the front loader of my Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II printer.

If your printing on a Canon printer I would recommend sticking to Canon paper, unless you were to buy some real fancy dancy paper that the name brand comepedtors do not make. I love this paper, and find myself constantly switching back between this and their pro luster almost daily. Tho all Canons pro line paper is great for my style of shooting where I need those colors to just pop this is the one. If your in the market for a Glossy Canon paper, I wouldn’t cheap out. I know telling you this unless you already have some sort of understanding will sound funny but listen when I say just pay the few extra dollars, for 30 less sheets of paper and you won’t be disappointed.
